Business Development Manager in Hungary
(Automotive industry)

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated sales professional to join our Hungary team, located in Dunaharaszti!
As a member of our professional sales team your main goal will be to expand business with new customers and/or new applications at TIER and OEM levels in the European markets.

Main tasks:

  • Drive business development and product developments through intense market presence
  • Evaluate market information and identify new applications/markets
  • Visit and act as consultant of potential clients
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them through understanding their needs
  • Process enquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations and contracting
  • Take part in professional exhibitions and forums
  • Track important sales KPIs to monitor progress
  • Cooperate with APQP, Back Office and Logistics team
  • Participate in the preparation of annual sales plan


  • min 5 years of experience in automotive sales
  • BSc in sales, marketing, or technical studies
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Good technical attitude
  • Pro-active, hands-on mentality
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Project management skills
  • Willingness to business travelling; Schedule: Monday to Friday
    Travel requirement: ca. 50% of working days


  • Knowledge in Salesforce and
  • German language knowledge is a plus
