Sales Manager (automotive OEM and TIER clients)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our Hungary team! As a member of our professional sales team your main goal will be to expand business with new customers and/or new applications at TIER and OEM levels in the European markets.
The position can be filled from Hungary (Dunaharaszti) or Germany (Troisdorf).
Responsibilities
- Drive business development and product developments through intense market presence
- Evaluate market information and identify new applications/markets
- Visit and act as consultant of potential clients
- Build long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them through understanding their needs
- Process enquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations and contracting
- Take part in professional exhibitions and forums
- Track important sales KPIs to monitor progress
- Cooperate with APQP, Back Office and Logistics team
- Participate in the preparation of annual sales plan
Requirements
- min 5 years of experience in manufacturing sales
- BSc in sales, marketing, or technical studies
- Good technical attitude
- Fluent English knowledge
- Pro-active, hands-on mentality
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Project management skills
- Willingness to business travelling; Schedule: Monday to Friday; travel requirement: ca. 40% of working days
Nice-to-have
- Working experience in automotive manufacturing
- Knowledge in Salesforce
- German language knowledge
