Polifoam Kft., Trocellen’s Hungarian subsidiary, has successfully implemented a Transport Management System with the support of GLABs, marking an important step in the development of its logistics operations. The project focused on targeted improvements to transportation planning and execution rather than a full system redesign.

The GLABs solution supports end-to-end logistics processes, from inbound vehicle arrival to loading completion, on a single integrated platform. As a result, logistics processes have become more transparent, predictable and efficient, with reduced manual administration and improved coordination.

This implementation is a good example of how focused digitalization can enhance operational performance while fitting smoothly into existing workflows. We thank all colleagues involved for their contribution to the successful rollout.
