Workplace safety is not a campaign but a daily responsibility. At the Trocellen Group, this mindset is reinforced through the globally recognized Near Miss safety process, which aims to prevent accidents by identifying and addressing potential risks in advance.

A Near Miss refers to an event that could have resulted in an accident but ultimately occurred without injury. Reporting and analyzing such events play a crucial role in prevention, as they allow risks to be eliminated before actual accidents happen. In essence, a near miss is a free lesson in safety—an opportunity to learn and prevent future accidents.

In 2025, the implementation of the Near Miss process within the Trocellen Group reached 100% realization. Thanks to the strong engagement and growing safety awareness of employees, a total of 334 Near Miss reports were submitted, representing a deep attention to this area. The outcomes clearly demonstrate the effectiveness the development of employees’ hazard prediction skills and preventive awareness. By considering human behavior, machine operation, and potential human or mechanical errors, effective countermeasures are defined to reduce risks and strengthen long-term workplace safety.

At the Trocellen Group, we believe that occupational safety is a shared responsibility. The active participation of every employee is essential to ensure that “zero accidents” becomes not just a goal, but a daily reality. We thank all colleagues for their commitment, awareness, and continuous attention to protecting their own safety and that of their co-workers.
