In a modern workplace, both physical and mental health are key to achieving a successful and balanced life. Trocellen is committed in supporting its employees to reach it – one important step in this was the launch of the Mind Matters programme a year and a half ago.
What does the Mind Matters programme offer?
Mind Matters is an educational initiative to help our employees maintain and improve their mental health and overall well-being. For more than a year and a half, the programme has been offering a weekly information letter to interested staff regardless of location, with practical tips, up-to-date research and expert advice on mental wellbeing, stress management and healthy living.
This year, the programme will be enhanced with interactive presentations (webinars) and practical workshops where participants will learn tools and methods to tackle everyday challenges.
Together with the People & Culture initiatives
The Mind Matters programme is closely linked to our other People & Culture events, giving our employees even more opportunities to actively participate and build community. Our programmes include:
- Health Days, where expert advice and health screenings help to maintain physical and mental health,
- Family days and outings to strengthen team spirit and work-life balance,
- Cooking competitions and running races, which are fun but also health-conscious events.
For an inclusive and supportive community
The programme is highly diverse and inclusive, accessible to all employees without geographical, religious or ideological restrictions. We aim to ensure that everyone finds the most appropriate form of support, whether it’s stress management, mindful living or personal development.
