I like working in the logistics field.

Yes, women do and think about several things at the same time 🙂

Every woman who works hard to achieve her goals is a role model for me.
There are many of them in this company!

What are your greatest achievements?

Implementing company strategies with long-term programs and being able to make decisions under strong stress.

What would your advice be for young women thinking about a career in science?

Study, be collaborative and humble: every person within the company is an important resource.

What is the funniest or most memorable thing that has happened to you while working at TC?

During a heavy snowfall it took me two hours to get to the company, and I found only 3 people in the office and 5 in production (smart working did not exist yet). I spent the whole day answering every phone call (suppliers, customers, colleagues) to try to compensate for all the absences: very tiring!!!

Is it hard to manage both career and private life?

Yes, it is very difficult. My life is a continuous planning effort both inside and outside the company. Thanks to the support of my family, I manage it somehow.
