Since its’ foundations in 1972 as part of the Dynamit Nobel Group, Trocellen GmbH has specialized in the production of polyolefin crosslinked foams, providing advanced solutions for the automotive and adhesive tape markets, as well as supplying high quality shock pads for artificial turf sports fields.

Italy

Tocellen Italia S.p.A. is a key player within the Trocellen Group’s operations, with three production plants strategically located in Northern Italy. The entity delivers high-quality applications for the construction and HVAC insulation sectors, complying with the strictest European standards. Its footwear solutions are meeting not just performance standards, but also designed with a lower environmental footprint using sustainably sourced materials. In addition, it is also specialised in the production of professional indoor sport surfaces where performance, safety and sustainability are all in one.

Hungary

Polifoam Co. Ltd. founded in 1984 as the first Japanese-Hungarian joint venture, Polifoam Kft. is part of Trocellen Group since 2006. As the longest-standing producer of chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam in Central and Eastern Europe, Polifoam provides high-quality solutions for both sport/health and wellbeing and the packaging and industrial foam applications sectors.

Trocellen Automotive Hungary Kft. is dedicated to serve the automotive industry with specialized, converted polyolefin foam applications. Strongly connected to our German plant operation, this entity provides technology driven converted automotive parts that meet all relevant industry standards.

Spain

Trocellen Ibérica S.A. is a joint venture between Trocellen GmbH and Otsuka Chemical Company Ltd (https://www.otsukac.co.jp/en/), operating since 1972. The factory produces polyolefin crosslinked foams, serving the construction, automotive, sport, and footwear markets.

Malaysia

Trocellen SEA Sdn. Bhd. based in Malaysia, plays a pivotal role in the Trocellen Group’s footprint in the Asian Pacific market since its foundation in 1997. The facility produces high-quality crosslinked polyolefin foams, catering to the automotive, insulation, sport, and artificial turf shock pad markets, while ensuring adherence to high, global quality standards.
