Raccontaci, da quanto tempo lavori in Trocellen e, quando sei entrato quale ruolo ricoprivi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ho iniziato a lavorare in Polifoam nel settembre del 2015, come operatore macchina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qual\u2019\u00e8 il tuo background e da quali studi provieni?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando ho iniziato a lavorare avevo il certificato di maturit\u00e0 e mentre lavoravo frequentavo la scuola serale di infermieristica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cosa ti ha portato all\u2019attuale ruolo?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ho ampliato le mie conoscenze in modo continuativo e, da perfezionista quale sono, ho cercato di approfondire il funzionamento di ogni macchinario. I miei sforzi persistenti sono stati ripagati quando mi \u00e8 stata offerta questa posizione dal direttore dell’impianto di lavorazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quali sono le tue principali responsabilit\u00e0 oggi?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Svolgo i compiti di capoturno che consistono in, assegnazione turni, comunicazione con le persone e problem solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lavori in azienda da 9 anni. Perch\u00e9 ti piace ancora lavorare in Trocellen?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’atmosfera familiare, il forte senso di comunit\u00e0, l\u2019affiatamento con i colleghi e la disponibilit\u00e0; la nostra \u00e8 un\u2019ottima squadra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Te la senti di  condividere qualcosa su di te, della tua vita privata e dei tuoi hobby, per aiutarci a conoscerti meglio? e come riesci a conciliare lavoro e vita privata?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sono sentimentalmente impegnata e anche il mio compagno lavora in Trocellen. Mi piace tenermi in allenamento, per questo motivo corro, frequento lezioni di spinning e vado in palestra, durante la settimana mi aiuta a lenire lo stress derivante da giornate pi\u00f9 impegnative. Riesco perfettamente a conciliare vita privata e lavorativa, nonostante i limiti di tempo a volte ristretti. Tuttavia, penso che dobbiamo trovare sempre il tempo per fare ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 importante per noi ed io cerco di massimizzarlo al meglio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quali consigli daresti ai nuovi colleghi per aiutarli a costruire una carriera di successo come la tua in Trocellen?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
