Raccontaci, da quanto tempo lavori presso l\u2019azienda e in quale posizione hai iniziato? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sono entrato in Polifoam nel 2011 come ingegnere applicativo poi nel corso degli anni si sono presentate nuove sfide che mi hanno portato rapidamente al reparto sviluppo prodotti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qual \u00e8 il tuo background e da quali studi provieni?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ho una laurea in ingegneria meccanica e orticola e ho maturato 8 anni di esperienza in un\u2019azienda che produce macchine da giardino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com\u2019\u00e8 avvenuta la tua promozione? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A seguito di un ampliamento del nostro team e con una identificazione delle mansioni, mi \u00e8 stata concessa fiducia per questa posizione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quali sono i tuoi principali compiti oggi?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tutto ci\u00f2 che include il percorso che va dall\u2019ideazione alla produzione in serie: Progettazione di utensili, realizzazione di campioni, supporto alla pianificazione dei costi e alla qualit\u00e0, introduzione alla produzione in serie. Tengo anche i rapporti con i partner stranieri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lavori in Trocellen da 11 anni. Cosa ti fa amare il lavoro che svolgi? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lavorare con un team eccezionale ed essere consapevole del fatto che posso contribuire allo sviluppo dell\u2019azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per conoscerti meglio, puoi parlarci un po\u2019 della tua vita privata e dei tuoi hobby e come riesci a conciliarla con il lavoro?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ho due figli in gamba che assorbono il 99% del mio tempo libero. L\u20191% rimane per il giardinaggio, andare in bicicletta, fare escursioni, allenamento con i pesi, pattinaggio a rotelle, nuoto, corsa, moto e qualche film. Non \u00e8 facile far rientrare tutto questo in quell\u20191%…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quale consiglio daresti ai nuovi colleghi per riuscire a costruire una carriera di successo presso Trocellen come la tua?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
