Da quanto tempo lavori per l’azienda e con quale posizione hai iniziato?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lavoro per Trocellen da undici anni, anni entusiasmanti. Ho iniziato a occuparmi di Finanza e Controlling presso la sede tedesca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qual\u2019\u00e8 il tuo background e da quali studi provieni?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mia vita professionale \u00e8 iniziata come tirocinante presso Bayer AG. I numeri e la loro storia hanno sempre fatto da filo conduttore durante tutti i miei studi e lavori. Dopo aver lavorato per una societ\u00e0 di consulenza nel settore della ristrutturazione, sono arrivato in Trocellen nel 2011, nel bel mezzo della loro riorganizzazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come sei stato promosso?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prima cosa c\u2019era il mio vivo interesse. Secondo, svolgevo tutti i compiti che mi venivano assegnati. Infine, la promozione a mio avviso \u00e8 sempre solo una conseguenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quali sono i tuoi principali compiti\/responsabilit\u00e0 oggi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fornire trasparenza nei confronti di CEO, CFO e di Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. Ci\u00f2 richiede uno scambio continuo con i team locali e la preparazione dei dati e delle cifre e della relativa documentazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lavori in Trocellen da 11 anni. Cosa ti trattiene? <\/s><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penso che Trocellen sia una grande squadra che crea grandi idee. Questo porta alla crescita continua dell’organizzazione e delle sue persone. Adoro questo dinamismo impressionante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per conoscerti meglio, puoi parlaci un po\u2019 della tua vita privata e di come riesci a conciliarla con il lavoro?<\/strong> <\/s><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il segreto sono la mia famiglia e i miei amici che mi aiutano nel mantenere questo equilibrio. Anche svolgere attivit\u00e0 come il judo e la corsa aiuta. Recentemente pratico anche Yoga. <\/s><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quale consiglio daresti ai nuovi colleghi per riuscire a costruire una carriera di successo come la tua?<\/strong><\/s><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
