Fui assunto come assistente dell&#8217;ex Direttore per la produzione e la tecnologia delle materie plastiche semilavorate del gruppo HT Troplast. Iniziai a lavorare su piccoli progetti in Trosifol (ora Kururay), Trocellen e Trovidur. Poi nel 1991 Trocellen si apr\u00ec una opportunit\u00e0 nell&#8217;area di produzione ed allora io andai a ricoprire la posizione di assistente direttore di produzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qual\u2019\u00e8 il tuo background e <\/strong><strong>da quali studi provieni?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onestamente ho una laurea in ingegneria chimica con specializzazione sulla tecnologia di processo chimica, le materie plastiche non erano originariamente nel mio obiettivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Come <\/strong><strong>\u00e8 avvenuta la tua promozione?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interessandomi a progetti e attivit\u00e0 anche in altre aree e aumentando le conoscenze e le competenze, sono con il tempo diventato un candidato interessante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quali sono i tuoi principali compiti\/responsabilit\u00e0 oggi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Screening di nuovi prodotti e tecnologie per Trocellen, ad esempio collaborando con istituti di ricerca esterni. Un compito importante \u00e8 anche quello di lavorare sull&#8217;introduzione del concetto di Ecodesign, per sostenere l&#8217;obiettivo di Trocellen di diventare pi\u00f9 sostenibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lavori in Trocellen da circa 33 anni. Perch\u00e9 ti piace ancora <\/strong><strong>stare qui?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non \u00e8 mai stato noioso. Ci sono sempre stati nuovi argomenti di cui occuparmi, \u00e8 sempre stata soprattutto una sfida, ma ho sempre avuto l\u2019impressione che Trocellen mi incoraggiasse a correre dei rischi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P<\/strong><strong>er conoscerti meglio puoi parlarci un po&#8217; della tua vita privata <\/strong><strong>e dei tuoi hobby <\/strong><strong>e come riesci a conciliar<\/strong><strong>li con il lavoro?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Badminton e ballo liscio sono i miei sport preferiti. Mi piace scattare foto, giocare a biliardo e cercare di andare in barca a vela almeno una volta all&#8217;anno.
