Che cos\u2019\u00e8 il PE espanso?<\/h2> <\/div>\n\n
\n La\u00a0schiuma di polietilene espanso, o PE espanso \u00e8 attualmente tra le materie plastiche pi\u00f9 comuni e maggiormente utilizzate.\r\n\r\nUna tipologia di schiuma di polietilene espanso \u00e8 il\u00a0polietilene espanso reticolato. La reticolazione rende la schiuma pi\u00f9 resistente alle sostanze chimiche ma \u00e8 anche un eccellente isolante termico e, grazie al processo di reticolazione, la superficie della schiuma diventa particolarmente liscia e morbida, rendendola molto pi\u00f9 flessibile e leggera permettendole di ritornare velocemente alla sua forma originale durante le operazioni di distensione e compressione.\r\n\r\nL\u2019XPE, rispetto alla schiuma EVA \u00e8 apparentemente meno liscio ma pi\u00f9 rispettoso dell\u2019ambiente, privo di odori e pi\u00f9 sicuro, mentre la schiuma EVA \u00e8 pi\u00f9 solida e pi\u00f9 resistente al calore.\r\n\r\nPropriet\u00e0 principali:\r\n

    Che cos\u2019\u00e8 la schiuma EVA?<\/h2> <\/div>\n\n
    \n EVA (etilene vinil acetato), \u00e8 un copolimero di etilene vinil acetato a celle chiuse molto fini, impermeabile all\u2019aria e ai liquidi. Il vinilacetato conferisce alla schiuma la sua morbidezza ed elasticit\u00e0, motivo per cui EVA \u00e8 uno dei materiali comunemente noti come gomma espansa o gommapiuma.\r\n\r\nLa schiuma EVA \u00e8 caratterizzata da una elevata elasticit\u00e0, resistenza meccanica e ai raggi UV, resistenza alle basse temperature ed \u00e8 inoltre impermeabile. Ha un aspetto lucido ed \u00e8 disponibile in vari colori e densit\u00e0. Una delle caratteristiche meno apprezzate di questa schiuma \u00e8 il suo odore simile all\u2019aceto.\r\n\r\nSia la schiuma EVA che la schiuma XPE sono ben note per le loro qualit\u00e0 di assorbimento degli urti e galleggiabilit\u00e0. Il solido materiale EVA consente cadute o movimenti leggeri.\r\n\r\nPu\u00f2 essere pulito e disinfettato con facilit\u00e0. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

    Applicazioni di entrambe, PE espanso e schiuma EVA:<\/h2> <\/div>\n\n

    L\u2019utilizzo di entrambe le schiue EVA e XPE \u00e8 molto simile grazie alle loro propriet\u00e0, tuttavia la schiuma EVA viene preferita se deve essere utilizzata per l\u2019imballaggio. Questo metodo di utilizzo viene scelto perch\u00e9 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 economico per la schiuma EVA, tuttavia, anche il PE espanso pu\u00f2 essere una scelta conveniente per i clienti con esigenze particolari.\r\n\r\nIl PE polietilene espanso si trova in tutti i settori, in particolare viene molto utilizzato nell\u2019industria automobilistica, dove viene impiegato per le parti interne delle auto, come ad es. per il cruscotto, per le alette parasole, il radiatore i tappetini e i condotti dell\u2019aria. Il PE polietilene espanso \u00e8 anche impiegato per l\u2019isolamento degli edifici, dove pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per l\u2019isolamento dei pannelli del tetto in metallo, per i condizionatori d\u2019aria o per l\u2019isolamento acustico e termico e per molte altre applicazioni.
