Le schiume reticolate fisicamente sono prodotte in tre fasi:<\/h2> <\/div>\n\n

    \r\n \t
  • estrusione<\/li>\r\n \t
  • reticolazione<\/li>\r\n \t
  • schiumatura verticale (a volte orizzontale)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nPrima di tutto, la cosiddetta matrice viene estrusa con l\u2019utilizzo di additivi. Nella fase successiva, la matrice viene reticolata e ci\u00f2 viene realizzata da una particella ad alta energia. Infine, la matrice reticolata viene schiumata in un forno di schiumatura verticale o orizzontale. Alla fine della schiumatura il materiale viene arrotolato o tagliato in fogli a seconda del materiale o in base alla tipologia del forno. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

    Importanza della reticolazione<\/h2> <\/div>\n\n
    \n
    Senza la reticolazione non si assicura la stabilizzazione cellulare, il gas infatti pu\u00f2 lasciare il sistema polimerico causando la disintegrazione delle cellule. Durante il riscaldamento il legame delle molecole della schiuma rischia il decomponimento con molta pi\u00f9 facilit\u00e0 a causa dell\u2019azione fisica. Con una reticolazione appropriata si forma una solida struttura polimerica nella quale la crescita cellulare si arresta in uno stato di equilibrio necessario per la formazione della struttura schiumosa.\r\n\r\nLa schiuma IXPE non soltanto possiede una fine struttura cellulare, ma \u00e8 dotata anche di una superficie liscia. Il polietilene espanso con elevata resistenza al calore pu\u00f2 essere prodotto in diversi spessori e densit\u00e0.\r\n\r\n<\/article> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
