A m\u00f3dszertan olyan nemzetk\u00f6zi fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1gi szabv\u00e1nyokra \u00e9p\u00fcl, mint a Global Reporting Initiative, az ENSZ Global Compact \u00e9s az ISO 26000.
