A gy\u00e1rt\u00e1sban s\u0171r\u0171s\u00e9gcs\u00f6kkent\u00e9s \u00e1ltal biztos\u00edtja a term\u00e9szetes nyersanyag megtakar\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t, m\u00edg az alkalmaz\u00e1skor a szigetel\u00e9s a f\u0171t\u00e9sienergia-, az aut\u00f3k k\u00f6nny\u0171szerkezetes fel\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se pedig az \u00fczemanyag-megtakar\u00edt\u00e1s el\u0151ny\u00e9t szolg\u00e1ltatja.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201ehab MRS reaktor\u201d k\u00f6z\u00f6s projekt \u00e1ltal\u00e1nos c\u00e9lja a habextr\u00fazi\u00f3s folyamatba integr\u00e1land\u00f3 m\u0171anyagok f\u00fcggetlen reakt\u00edv m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1ra szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 berendez\u00e9s kifejleszt\u00e9se. Az ellen\u0151rz\u00f6tt reakt\u00edv m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1s lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi a habos\u00edt\u00e1si elj\u00e1r\u00e1s, illetve a habos\u00edt\u00e1si tulajdons\u00e1gok szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l relev\u00e1ns olvad\u00e1si tulajdons\u00e1gok be\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1t. A folyamat l\u00e9p\u00e9seinek elk\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e1ltal az MRS reaktor a folyamat t\u00f6bbi r\u00e9sz\u00e9t\u0151l f\u00fcggetlen\u00edtett \u00fczemm\u00f3dot biztos\u00edt. Ennek k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151en lehet\u0151v\u00e9 v\u00e1lik a megl\u00e9v\u0151 berendez\u00e9sek kedvez\u0151 ut\u00f3lagos \u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1sa \u00e9s az aktu\u00e1lis feldolgoz\u00e1si l\u00e1ncokba val\u00f3 be\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se. A kialak\u00edtand\u00f3 rendszertechnol\u00f3gia alkalmaz\u00e1sa az \u00e9lelmiszer-csomagol\u00e1sra szolg\u00e1l\u00f3 PET hab \u00e9s a k\u00e9miailag t\u00e9rh\u00e1l\u00f3s\u00edtott (a g\u00e9pj\u00e1rm\u0171iparit is mag\u00e1ban foglal\u00f3) PE hab p\u00e9ld\u00e1in ker\u00fcl vizsg\u00e1latra.<\/p>\n<p>A k\u00edv\u00e1nt gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si technol\u00f3gia lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi az egyedi habterm\u00e9kek er\u0151forr\u00e1s-hat\u00e9kony gy\u00e1rt\u00e1s\u00e1t, amelynek eset\u00e9ben az anyag m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sa be van \u00e9p\u00edtve a gy\u00e1rt\u00e1si folyamatba, \u00e9s a t\u00f6bbl\u00e9p\u00e9ses elj\u00e1r\u00e1si l\u00e1ncok helyettes\u00edt\u00e9sre ker\u00fcltek. A projektben r\u00e9szt vev\u0151 konzorcium lefedi a teljes hozz\u00e1adott\u00e9rt\u00e9k-l\u00e1ncolatot a nyersanyagt\u00f3l kezd\u0151d\u0151en a g\u00e9pi technol\u00f3gi\u00e1n \u00e9s a folyamatvez\u00e9rl\u00e9sen \u00e1t eg\u00e9szen a term\u00e9kp\u00e9ld\u00e1kig. Ebben az \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben el\u0151sz\u00f6r a g\u00e9p\u00e9szm\u00e9rn\u00f6ki k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyekkel kapcsolatos alapfelt\u00e9teleket fejlesztik ki (Fraunhofer UMSICHT), majd ezek alapj\u00e1n megtervezik \u00e9s legy\u00e1rtj\u00e1k a reaktor protot\u00edpus\u00e1t (Gneuss), amelyet v\u00e9g\u00fcl a laborat\u00f3riumi \u00fczemben tesztelnek (IKV). Itt a laborat\u00f3riumi l\u00e9pt\u00e9kben el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edtott habanyagokat a gy\u00e1rt\u00f3k (Trocellen, Inde Plastik) tesztelik. Az ily m\u00f3don nyert eredm\u00e9nyek alapj\u00e1n k\u00eds\u00e9rleti reaktort terveznek meg \u00e9s gy\u00e1rtanak le (Gneuss), amelyet azt\u00e1n a m\u0171anyaggy\u00e1rt\u00f3k tesztelnek (Inde Plastik). A berendez\u00e9s mellett adal\u00e9kanyagok is sz\u00fcks\u00e9gesek, amelyeket alapk\u00eds\u00e9rletek sor\u00e1n fejlesztenek ki (UMSICHT) ipari l\u00e9pt\u00e9k\u0171 gy\u00e1rt\u00e1suk (A.
