Quand as-tu rejoint l\u2019entreprise? Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 ton premier poste?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler sur la ligne de production en septembre 2012 en tant qu\u2019int\u00e9rimaire (via une agence de travail temporaire). Deux ans plus tard, en f\u00e9vrier 2014, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 embauch\u00e9 par Polifoam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parle-nous de ton parcours et de tes qualifications.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avant de rejoindre l\u2019entreprise, j\u2019ai obtenu un dipl\u00f4me en logistique \u00e0 la Budapest Business School. Je souhaitais poursuivre mes \u00e9tudes tout en trouvant un emploi compatible avec celles-ci. C\u2019est pour cette raison que j\u2019ai choisi Polifoam. C\u2019est Istv\u00e1n Bokodi, alors chef d\u2019\u00e9quipe, qui m\u2019a recrut\u00e9 et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mon sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique. Lorsque j\u2019ai rejoint l\u2019entreprise, je suivais \u00e9galement un programme \u00e0 temps partiel au Coll\u00e8ge de technologie de Budapest (aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00d3buda), o\u00f9 j\u2019ai ensuite obtenu un dipl\u00f4me en management de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qu\u2019est-ce qui a conduit \u00e0 ta nomination?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de mon dipl\u00f4me, au printemps 2017, M\u00e1rk V\u00e9rtesaljai, alors responsable du d\u00e9partement Technologie, m\u2019a propos\u00e9 le poste d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur en technologie au sein de son \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019ai eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 plusieurs projets d\u2019investissement majeurs qui ont marqu\u00e9 des \u00e9tapes importantes dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019entreprise. Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 mes responsabilit\u00e9s professionnelles, je suis rest\u00e9 engag\u00e9 dans une d\u00e9marche d\u2019apprentissage continu et j\u2019ai obtenu une qualification de sp\u00e9cialiste Lean en d\u00e9veloppement des processus \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de technologie et d\u2019\u00e9conomie de Budapest (BME). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce parcours professionnel, j\u2019ai franchi une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans ma carri\u00e8re au sein de l\u2019entreprise et, depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2026, j\u2019occupe le poste de Lean Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelles sont aujourd\u2019hui tes principales responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong>?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soutenir les initiatives d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue et d\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tu as rejoint l\u2019entreprise il y a presque dix ans. Pourquoi aimes-tu toujours y travailler?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principalement en raison de l\u2019ambiance : nous travaillons ici comme une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9quipe. J\u2019appr\u00e9cie \u00e9galement les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution ainsi que les concepts de d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019entreprise mis en place par la direction ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Ce qui est formidable, c\u2019est que, quel que soit son poste, chacun peut demander de l\u2019aide \u00e0 n\u2019importe qui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parle-nous un peu de ta vie priv\u00e9e et de tes loisirs afin que nous puissions mieux te conna\u00eetre. Est-il difficile de trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je n\u2019ai pas encore d\u2019enfants, donc c\u2019est tr\u00e8s facile pour le moment. Cependant, je pense que cela ne posera pas de probl\u00e8me \u00e0 l\u2019avenir non plus, car l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e fait partie de notre culture d\u2019entreprise. Mon principal hobby est le voyage et la d\u00e9couverte d\u2019autres cultures. Voyager permet d\u2019explorer \u00e0 la fois le monde et soi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quel conseil donnerais-tu aux nouveaux collaborateurs? Que doivent-ils faire pour conna\u00eetre une carri\u00e8re aussi r\u00e9ussie chez Trocellen?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le temps et l\u2019\u00e9nergie que tu investis dans ton travail, les id\u00e9es que tu apportes et les efforts que tu fournis finissent toujours par porter leurs fruits lorsqu\u2019ils s\u2019inscrivent dans le bon environnement. Les personnes avec lesquelles tu travailles au quotidien jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le essentiel.
