Je travaille chez Trocellen S.E.A.en tant que responsable informatique et assistant administratif depuis juillet 2017. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quel \u00e9tait votre parcours et quelles \u00e9tudes avez-vous faites ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019ai une licence de science (avec mention) en informatique et un dipl\u00f4me de commerce (Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Londres, LCCI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment s’est pass\u00e9 votre nomination \u00e0 ce nouveau poste ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La chose la plus importante pour devenir responsable informatique et administratif \u00e9tait ma motivation personnelle et ma volont\u00e9 d’assumer diff\u00e9rentes t\u00e2ches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelles sont vos principales responsabilit\u00e9s aujourd’hui ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je dirige le groupe op\u00e9rationnel administratif, je suis responsable du travail de mes coll\u00e8gues. Nous effectuons ensemble la plupart des t\u00e2ches administratives, en ce qui concerne la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les ravitaillements, les fournitures de bureau, le contact t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique, les boissons etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ce qui concerne l\u2019informatique, j’effectue mes t\u00e2ches seul. Je suis responsable du serveur de l’entreprise, du syst\u00e8me de vid\u00e9osurveillance, des ordinateurs portables, et de la mise \u00e0 jour des logiciels, entre autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vous travaillez pour l’entreprise depuis 5 ans. Quelle-est votre motivation ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je sens que je peux m’\u00e9panouir en tant qu’individu ici, et en m\u00eame temps que j’ai une appartenance, que je suis connect\u00e9 aux gens avec qui je travaille. Tout le monde veut se sentir gagnant, et je veux aussi faire partie de l’\u00e9quipe gagnante au sein de l’entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De plus, Trocellen est une entreprise s\u00e9rieuse et dynamique, en croissance constante. J’ai l’opportunit\u00e9 d’acqu\u00e9rir ici de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et de progresser. L’entreprise est innovante, va dans la bonne direction et a une bonne strat\u00e9gie.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pouvez-vous nous parler un peu de votre vie priv\u00e9e, de vos passions, pour qu’on puisse mieux vous conna\u00eetre ? Comment concilier travail et vie priv\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je travaille pendant des heures normales de travail 5 jours par semaine, les week-ends sont libres, je peux donc passer plus de temps avec ma famille. Avec les programmes du week-end, je peux aussi faire quelque chose pour ma sant\u00e9, par exemple faire du jogging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
