Dites-nous depuis quand vous travaillez pour l’entreprise et \u00e0 quel poste vous avez commenc\u00e9. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je travaille pour la filiale hongroise de Trocellen, le Polifoam Kft., depuis 1991. J’ai commenc\u00e9 ma carri\u00e8re en tant que commise commerciale, mais \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque, l’entreprise \u00e9tait encore une organisation beaucoup plus petite, donc mon travail englobait plusieurs domaines de travail, comme la logistique, ce qui est devenu importante plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quel \u00e9tait votre parcours et quelles \u00e9tudes avez-vous faites ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je suis arriv\u00e9e avec un bac et un examen de langue ; j’ai fait mes \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures en parall\u00e8le avec mon travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment s’est pass\u00e9 votre nomination \u00e0 ce nouveau poste ? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’ai eu plusieurs nominations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je suis d’abord devenue commer\u00e7ante car mon coll\u00e8gue, avec qui je travaillais, a quitt\u00e9 l’entreprise et j’ai d\u00fb reprendre son travail \u00e0 sa place. Des ann\u00e9es plus tard, j’ai quitt\u00e9 ce poste pour un cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9, qui en Hongrie peut durer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 ans par enfant. L’entreprise a une attitude tr\u00e8s solidaire, j’ai donc pu rester \u00e0 la maison avec mes enfants pendant 6 ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 mon retour, nous avons d\u00fb trouver un poste qui conviendrait mieux \u00e0 ma nouvelle situation de vie et \u00e0 mon exp\u00e9rience, alors j’ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler dans le domaine de la logistique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelles sont vos principales responsabilit\u00e9s aujourd’hui ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis 2010, je m’occupe de l’organisation de transport au sein du service logistique. Je suis responsable de tous les mouvements de marchandises au sein de l’entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vous travaillez pour l’entreprise depuis 31 ans. Quelle-est votre motivation ? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’aime beaucoup l’ambiance familiale qui caract\u00e9rise l’entreprise, j’ai de bonnes relations avec mes coll\u00e8gues et mes patrons, ce qui est tr\u00e8s important pour moi. Au cours des 31 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la stabilit\u00e9 de l’entreprise a cr\u00e9\u00e9 une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans ma vie quotidienne \u00e0 tous points de vue. Les changements d\u2019aspects de mon travail m\u2019oblige \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 de nouveaux d\u00e9fis, donc mon quotidien n\u2019est jamais ennuyeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pouvez-vous nous parler un peu de votre vie priv\u00e9e, de vos passions, pour qu’on puisse mieux vous conna\u00eetre ? Comment concilier travail et vie priv\u00e9e ? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je passe la plupart de mon temps libre avec ma famille, mes enfants et mes amis d’enfance, ainsi qu’avec notre bouvier bernois. J’aime la nature, j’aime le jardinage et le sport, et je m’int\u00e9resse \u00e9galement \u00e0 la d\u00e9coration d’int\u00e9rieur. Je peux toujours compter sur mes parents et mon mari si j’ai besoin d’aide, c’est donc plus facile de traverser les moments un peu plus difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que recommanderiez-vous \u00e0 vos nouveaux coll\u00e8gues, que devraient-ils faire pour avoir une carri\u00e8re aussi r\u00e9ussie chez Trocellen ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
