J’ai rejoint Polifoam en 2011 en tant qu’ing\u00e9nieur en technologie d’application. Cependant, en raison de nouveaux d\u00e9fis dans la vie de l’entreprise, je me suis rapidement retrouv\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe du d\u00e9veloppement de produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’ai un dipl\u00f4me d’ing\u00e9nieur m\u00e9canique et aussi un dipl\u00f4me en horticulture, ainsi que 8 ans d’exp\u00e9rience professionnelle dans une entreprise de fabrication de machines de jardin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment s’est pass\u00e9 votre nomination \u00e0 ce nouveau poste ? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s l’\u00e9largissement de notre \u00e9quipe et la clarification des t\u00e2ches, ce poste m’a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelles sont vos principales responsabilit\u00e9s aujourd’hui ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout ce dont on a besoin ; partant de la conception jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la production en s\u00e9rie. Conception d’outils, r\u00e9alisation d’\u00e9chantillons, aide \u00e0 la planification des co\u00fbts et de la qualit\u00e9, lancement de la production en s\u00e9rie. En outre, je dois maintenir le contact avec les filiales \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vous travaillez pour l’entreprise depuis 11 ans. Quelle-est votre motivation ? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parce que je travaille avec une super \u00e9quipe et je suis heureux voir que je peux apporter quelque chose au d\u00e9veloppement de l’entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pouvez-vous nous parler un peu de votre vie priv\u00e9e, de vos passions, pour qu’on puisse mieux vous conna\u00eetre ? Comment concilier travail et vie priv\u00e9e ? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’ai deux petits gar\u00e7ons d\u00e9brouillards qui occupent 99 % de mon temps libre. Il ne me reste que 1 % pour jardiner, faire du v\u00e9lo, de la randonn\u00e9e, de la musculation, du patin \u00e0 roulettes, de la natation, de la course \u00e0 pied, de la moto et regarder des films. Ce n’est pas toujours facile d’entasser tout le reste dans ce 1 %\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que recommanderiez-vous \u00e0 vos nouveaux coll\u00e8gues, que devraient-ils faire pour avoir une carri\u00e8re aussi r\u00e9ussie chez Trocellen ?<\/strong><\/strong> De s\u2019int\u00e9resser aux nouveaut\u00e9s et de faire preuve d’humilit\u00e9 face au travail.
