J’ai maintenant pass\u00e9 onze ann\u00e9es passionnantes \u00e0 Trocellen. J’ai commenc\u00e9 sur le site allemand en tant que responsable financier et contr\u00f4leur de gestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quel \u00e9tait votre parcours et quelles \u00e9tudes avez-vous faites?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ma vie professionnelle a commenc\u00e9 chez Bayer AG, dans le cadre d’un programme de stage. Au cours de mes \u00e9tudes et de mon travail, les chiffres et l’histoire sous-jacente ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pour moi le fil conducteur. J’ai travaill\u00e9 pour une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de conseil dans le domaine de la r\u00e9organisation, puis en 2011 j\u2019ai rejoint Trocellen en plein milieu de la r\u00e9organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment avez-vous \u00e9t\u00e9 promu ?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par-dessus tout, mon domaine d’int\u00e9r\u00eat pesait dans la balance. De plus, j’ai effectu\u00e9 les t\u00e2ches et travaux requis. Enfin, la promotion n’est toujours qu’un r\u00e9sultat selon moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assurer la transparence pour le PDG, le directeur financier et notre actionnaire, Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd. Cela n\u00e9cessite une coop\u00e9ration continue et le traitement des chiffres et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements sous-jacents avec les \u00e9quipes locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec l’aide de ma famille et de mes amis, je peux cr\u00e9er un \u00e9quilibre entre diff\u00e9rents domaines de la vie. Pour moi, cela se d\u00e9roule g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de mani\u00e8re assez active, comme en faisant du judo ou de la course \u00e0 pied par exemple. J’ai r\u00e9cemment commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire du yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
