En raison de mes int\u00e9r\u00eats ant\u00e9rieurs et du lien pratique utile avec le marketing, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9galement compl\u00e9t\u00e9 une formation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en analyse du comportement (en psychologie), o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai obtenu mon dipl\u00f4me en 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 votre nomination \u00e0 ce nouveau poste&nbsp;? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la base de mon exp\u00e9rience professionnelle ant\u00e9rieure, lorsque le groupe a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en place le syst\u00e8me CRM (gestion de la relation client), on m&rsquo;a confi\u00e9 la direction commerciale du projet. J&rsquo;occupe ce poste depuis, et je suis \u00e9galement impliqu\u00e9 dans les \u00e9tapes d&rsquo;expansion et le d\u00e9veloppement continu du syst\u00e8me. De plus, en 2021, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 et la responsabilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement durable du groupe, et apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ussite du projet, j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 au poste de responsable de d\u00e9veloppement durable au niveau global du groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelles sont vos principales responsabilit\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui ?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans des proportions certes variables, mais je travaille essentiellement dans 3 domaines de responsabilit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je passe la plupart de mon temps \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des programmes de d\u00e9veloppement durable et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper le syst\u00e8me de gestion responsable de l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je continue \u00e0 suivre les \u00e9volutions du syst\u00e8me CRM, et je v\u00e9rifie et soutiens le maintient du syst\u00e8me au niveau technique d&rsquo;un point de vue commercial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En tant qu&rsquo;experte, je continue d&rsquo;accompagner les fili\u00e8res commerciales de l&rsquo;entreprise dans des missions d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes, en pr\u00e9parant et en g\u00e9rant des \u00e9tudes clients et des analyses de march\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous travaillez pour l&rsquo;entreprise depuis 6 ans. Quelle-est votre motivation&nbsp;? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme vous avez pu le constater, j&rsquo;ai toujours eu des t\u00e2ches o\u00f9 l\u2019apprentissage et l\u2019innovation allaient de pair. C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s motivant pour moi de voir l&rsquo;entreprise se d\u00e9velopper dans plusieurs domaines et de pouvoir y participer en fondant et en cr\u00e9ant des initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pouvez-vous nous parler un peu de votre vie priv\u00e9e, de vos passions, pour qu&rsquo;on puisse mieux vous conna\u00eetre ? Comment concilier travail et vie priv\u00e9e ? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre passe-temps en famille est la randonn\u00e9e, tant en Hongrie qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, nous aimons particuli\u00e8rement nous d\u00e9tendre dans les montagnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Que recommanderiez-vous \u00e0 vos nouveaux coll\u00e8gues, que devraient-ils faire pour avoir une carri\u00e8re aussi r\u00e9ussie chez Trocellen&nbsp;?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est agr\u00e9able de travailler pour Trocellen, car vous faites partie d&rsquo;une communaut\u00e9 aux valeurs stables et d&rsquo;un groupe en constante \u00e9volution et innovation, dans lequel vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er de nouvelles activit\u00e9s, processus et syst\u00e8mes. Cette capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement et d&rsquo;ouverture, images de marque de la maison, peut contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite personnelle au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise, avec l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler pour le groupe en 2016 \u00e0 un poste de recherche et d&rsquo;analyse, alors que mon autre passion et ma pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente sp\u00e9cialisation doctorale \u2013 la consommation durable \u2013 n&rsquo;\u00e9tait qu&rsquo;une partie de ma vie priv\u00e9e. Comme de plus en plus d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s connexes se d\u00e9roulaient au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise, j&rsquo;ai eu l&rsquo;occasion de participer au dialogue ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 des activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques.
