1. Depuis combien de temps travaillez-vous dans l\u2019entreprise et \u00e0 quel poste avez-vous commenc\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je travaille dans l\u2019entreprise depuis pr\u00e8s de 16 ans. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 comme conducteur d\u2019installations et de machines dans l\u2019atelier de production de mousse. En 2019, j\u2019ai rejoint le service PD\/QD dirig\u00e9 par Andreas Hagedorn, o\u00f9 je travaille depuis, notamment comme contr\u00f4leur qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon parcours au sein du Comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise a commenc\u00e9 en 2014, lorsque je me suis pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois aux \u00e9lections. \u00c0 la fin de cette m\u00eame ann\u00e9e, j\u2019ai int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le comit\u00e9 comme membre suppl\u00e9ant. En 2016, je suis devenu vice-pr\u00e9sident, puis j\u2019ai repris la pr\u00e9sidence en 2019, lorsque mon pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur est parti \u00e0 la retraite. J\u2019occupe ce poste depuis lors, ce qui laisse penser que je dois faire certaines choses correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Quelle est votre formation et quel est votre parcours professionnel ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019ai obtenu un dipl\u00f4me de fin d\u2019\u00e9tudes secondaires de niveau interm\u00e9diaire. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole, j\u2019ai rejoint l\u2019arm\u00e9e de l\u2019air allemande, o\u00f9 j\u2019ai suivi une formation technique de flight dispatcher et de conseiller des op\u00e9rations a\u00e9riennes dans le domaine du contr\u00f4le a\u00e9rien militaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant mon service, j\u2019ai suivi de nombreuses formations compl\u00e9mentaires : sauvetage en environnement chimique, biologique et radiologique, formations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une initiation sanitaire, notamment dans le domaine de la pr\u00e9vention, ainsi que diff\u00e9rents programmes de management. Toutes m\u2019ont permis de progresser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s mon service actif, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 dans le contr\u00f4le a\u00e9rien civil. Malheureusement, une maladie m\u2019a emp\u00each\u00e9 de poursuivre longtemps cette activit\u00e9. J\u2019ai donc d\u00fb me r\u00e9orienter et j\u2019ai choisi de suivre une nouvelle formation technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est ce parcours qui m\u2019a finalement conduit chez Trocellen GmbH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Comment avez-vous \u00e9volu\u00e9 dans votre carri\u00e8re ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On ne peut pas vraiment parler de promotion au sens strict. Je suis un salari\u00e9 qui a trouv\u00e9 son propre chemin, peut-\u00eatre aussi avec un peu de chance et un certain instinct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il n\u2019existe pas non plus de promotions \u00e0 proprement parler dans la repr\u00e9sentation du personnel. Des \u00e9lections ont lieu tous les quatre ans et c\u2019est la confiance des salari\u00e9s qui compte. Le r\u00e9sultat refl\u00e8te finalement cette confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cela tient peut-\u00eatre aussi \u00e0 mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 charmant et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement impertinent. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re laisser aux autres le soin d\u2019en juger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Quelles sont aujourd\u2019hui vos principales t\u00e2ches et responsabilit\u00e9s ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En bref, je contr\u00f4le notamment les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques des mousses et j\u2019enregistre les valeurs sous diff\u00e9rentes formes afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de Trocellen GmbH et de ses clients. Et je fais encore bien d\u2019autres choses !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En tant que membre du Comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise, et plus particuli\u00e8rement comme pr\u00e9sident, ma responsabilit\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 instaurer et \u00e0 faire vivre un partenariat social constructif entre l\u2019employeur et le comit\u00e9. Cela signifie travailler d\u2019\u00e9gal \u00e0 \u00e9gal et poursuivre et fa\u00e7onner les int\u00e9r\u00eats communs de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019objectif est de concilier les int\u00e9r\u00eats professionnels des salari\u00e9s avec les imp\u00e9ratifs \u00e9conomiques de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est \u00e9galement ce que j\u2019attends toujours de l\u2019employeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les n\u00e9gociations doivent donc toujours se d\u00e9rouler dans un esprit de partenariat, m\u00eame lorsque des positions fermes s\u2019opposent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Vous travaillez ici depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es. Pourquoi \u00eates-vous toujours heureux d\u2019y travailler ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En octobre, cela fera d\u00e9j\u00e0 16 ans. C\u2019est assez fou ! Quand je regarde en arri\u00e8re, j\u2019ai l\u2019impression que tr\u00e8s peu de temps s\u2019est \u00e9coul\u00e9, comme si c\u2019\u00e9tait hier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur le plan personnel, c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mes coll\u00e8gues. Il y a des hauts et des bas, mais ce qui rend Trocellen si particulier, hier comme aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est la qualit\u00e9 des relations et de la collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En bref, il s\u2019agit du caract\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise et du potentiel qui sommeille en elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Pourriez-vous nous parler un peu de votre vie priv\u00e9e ou de vos loisirs afin que nous puissions mieux vous conna\u00eetre ?<\/strong> Comment conciliez-vous vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du management !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je plaisante. J\u2019ai une femme formidable, avec laquelle je suis mari\u00e9 depuis 20 de mes 44 ann\u00e9es. Je dois reconna\u00eetre que, sans son soutien, les choses ne fonctionneraient pas aussi bien. Il en va de m\u00eame pour mes deux enfants, qui m\u2019am\u00e8nent \u00e0 voir beaucoup de choses autrement et me font parfois tout simplement rire de moi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019aime jouer au football, mais je n\u2019ai malheureusement pas le temps de m\u2019y remettre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. J\u2019aime \u00e9galement beaucoup nager, m\u00eame si je le fais trop rarement. Je suis aussi juge b\u00e9n\u00e9vole au tribunal du travail. Cela peut para\u00eetre ennuyeux au premier abord, mais c\u2019est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 extr\u00eamement int\u00e9ressant. Je pourrais raconter des histoires parfois vraiment incroyables\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019aime aussi voyager, surtout vers des destinations ensoleill\u00e9es. L\u2019Espagne est de loin ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Que conseilleriez-vous aux nouveaux coll\u00e8gues qui souhaitent construire une carri\u00e8re aussi r\u00e9ussie chez Trocellen ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trouvez votre propre voie et saisissez les occasions qui se pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 vous. Ne restez pas immobiles pour vous r\u00e9veiller plus tard avec des regrets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
