Pourquoi avez-vous choisi cette profession ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u2019ai choisi cette profession parce que le domaine HSE me permet de contribuer directement \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des accidents du travail et \u00e0 la protection de la sant\u00e9 des collaborateurs.
Par ailleurs, je peux accompagner la direction et les employ\u00e9s dans le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une forte culture de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, o\u00f9 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e aux pratiques de travail quotidiennes.
Cela donne \u00e0 mon r\u00f4le un sens clair et une r\u00e9elle satisfaction professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y a-t-il un avantage \u00e0 choisir cette profession en tant que femme ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oui, il y a des avantages. En tant que femme, j\u2019apporte une perspective diversifi\u00e9e \u00e0 la gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, notamment en mati\u00e8re de communication efficace, d\u2019empathie et d\u2019attention aux d\u00e9tails. Ces qualit\u00e9s sont essentielles en HSE, o\u00f9 la compr\u00e9hension du comportement humain, l\u2019influence des pratiques s\u00fbres et l\u2019engagement des collaborateurs \u00e0 tous les niveaux sont aussi importants que les connaissances techniques et r\u00e9glementaires.

Oui. Je suis inspir\u00e9e par les femmes occupant des postes de direction qui ont fait preuve de professionnalisme et d\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 dans leurs secteurs. Leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 diriger avec assurance, \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions \u00e9thiques et \u00e0 surmonter les d\u00e9fis me motive \u00e0 m\u2019am\u00e9liorer continuellement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelles sont vos plus grandes r\u00e9ussites ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019une de mes plus grandes r\u00e9ussites est d\u2019avoir am\u00e9lior\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s la culture de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la conformit\u00e9 au sein de mon environnement de travail, tout en renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019implication des collaborateurs et de la direction. Sur le plan personnel, je suis tr\u00e8s fi\u00e8re d\u2019avoir \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers un r\u00f4le de leadership en HSE en tant que responsable de d\u00e9partement et d\u2019avoir gagn\u00e9 la confiance en tant que professionnelle de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ces r\u00e9ussites refl\u00e8tent des ann\u00e9es d\u2019engagement, d\u2019apprentissage continu et de d\u00e9vouement \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un environnement de travail plus s\u00fbr et plus responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je leur conseillerais d\u2019avoir confiance en leurs capacit\u00e9s et de reconna\u00eetre leur propre potentiel. Les jeunes femmes ne devraient pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 exprimer leurs id\u00e9es, \u00e0 demander des clarifications et \u00e0 relever des d\u00e9fis qui soutiennent leur d\u00e9veloppement. L\u2019engagement dans l\u2019apprentissage continu, la r\u00e9silience face aux obstacles et une forte confiance en soi sont essentiels pour r\u00e9ussir sur le long terme. Les carri\u00e8res scientifiques offrent d\u2019innombrables opportunit\u00e9s et les femmes ont un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 \u00e0 jouer dans l\u2019innovation et le progr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quel est le moment le plus dr\u00f4le ou le plus m\u00e9morable de votre exp\u00e9rience chez TC ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un moment particuli\u00e8rement marquant a eu lieu lors d\u2019un Gemba en production, lorsqu\u2019un employ\u00e9, en me voyant, a imm\u00e9diatement lev\u00e9 la main pour montrer qu\u2019il portait ses gants de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. C\u2019\u00e9tait amusant, mais cela montrait aussi que la sensibilisation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est r\u00e9ellement devenue une partie int\u00e9grante du travail quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Est-il difficile de concilier carri\u00e8re et vie priv\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concilier carri\u00e8re et vie priv\u00e9e peut parfois \u00eatre un d\u00e9fi, en particulier dans un poste \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s. Toutefois, avec une bonne gestion du temps, cela reste possible. Je suis convaincue que le maintien d\u2019un \u00e9quilibre est essentiel pour le succ\u00e8s \u00e0 long terme et le bien-\u00eatre personnel.
