Ing\u00e9nieure en industrie l\u00e9g\u00e8re (BSc), conceptrice de produits (MA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pourquoi avez-vous choisi cette profession ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 dou\u00e9 dans les domaines techniques. J’aimais le dessin et la photographie, j’avais une bonne perception spatiale et un esprit logique. Je voulais cr\u00e9er quelque chose de tangible, quelque chose qui puisse prendre une forme physique, et c’est pourquoi j’ai choisi cette profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y a-t-il un avantage \u00e0 choisir sa profession en tant que femme ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous, les femmes, avons tendance \u00e0 aborder les d\u00e9fis diff\u00e9remment des hommes. Nous sommes capables d’exploration d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et approfondie et de maintenir un enthousiasme sans faille lorsque nous nous sentons vraiment connect\u00e9es \u00e0 quelque chose. Je pense que nous avons \u00e9galement un fort d\u00e9sir de faire nos preuves, de montrer que nous sommes tout aussi capables que les hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour une raison quelconque, cette question m’a rappel\u00e9 \u00c9va Janikovszky, qui a \u00e9crit ces lignes charmantes dans son livre Be Glad You’re a Girl (Sois heureuse d’\u00eatre une fille) <\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avez-vous des mod\u00e8les f\u00e9minins ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toute femme qui parvient \u00e0 se faire reconna\u00eetre dans sa carri\u00e8re peut \u00eatre un mod\u00e8le, surtout si elle r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 s’\u00e9panouir professionnellement tout en \u00e9levant ses enfants. Cr\u00e9er de la valeur dans plusieurs domaines \u00e0 la fois est \u00e9puisant et n\u00e9cessite une forte motivation int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelles sont vos plus grandes r\u00e9alisations ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au fil des ans, je mettrais davantage l’accent sur le d\u00e9veloppement personnel que sur des \u00e9tapes sp\u00e9cifiques. Avec le temps, on devient plus conscient de soi, on apprend \u00e0 mieux hi\u00e9rarchiser ses priorit\u00e9s, on g\u00e8re mieux le stress et on acquiert une compr\u00e9hension plus claire de ses valeurs personnelles, autant d’\u00e9l\u00e9ments qui ont un impact direct sur les performances professionnelles. J’ai le sentiment d’avoir beaucoup \u00e9volu\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, m\u00eame si je consid\u00e8re qu’il s’agit d’un parcours sans fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quel conseil donneriez-vous aux jeunes femmes qui envisagent une carri\u00e8re dans le domaine scientifique ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je pense que de plus en plus de femmes choisissent des \u00e9tudes techniques et une carri\u00e8re dans les sciences. J’encourage tout le monde \u00e0 suivre cette voie, car notre point de vue est tr\u00e8s n\u00e9cessaire dans un domaine qui est encore souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme domin\u00e9 par les hommes. La pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance est essentielle, car c’est un sentiment incroyablement gratifiant que de participer \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation, \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte ou au d\u00e9veloppement de quelque chose de nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quelle est l’exp\u00e9rience la plus dr\u00f4le ou la plus m\u00e9morable que vous ayez v\u00e9cue chez TC ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec mes coll\u00e8gues proches, j’ai beaucoup de souvenirs amusants et significatifs. J’esp\u00e8re sinc\u00e8rement que, o\u00f9 que la vie nous m\u00e8ne, certaines des amiti\u00e9s nou\u00e9es ici resteront avec nous \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Est-il difficile de concilier carri\u00e8re et vie priv\u00e9e ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi, et \u00e0 mesure que les enfants grandissent, je comprends de mieux en mieux le dicton \u00ab petits enfants, petits probl\u00e8mes ; grands enfants, grands probl\u00e8mes \u00bb. Concilier carri\u00e8re et famille n’est possible qu’au prix de sacrifices, souvent accompagn\u00e9s d’un sentiment constant de culpabilit\u00e9 envers l’un ou l’autre. C’est un travail difficile.
