Le projet s\u2019est concentr\u00e9 sur des am\u00e9liorations cibl\u00e9es de la planification et de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des transports, plut\u00f4t que sur une refonte compl\u00e8te du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La solution GLABs prend en charge les processus logistiques de bout en bout sur une plateforme int\u00e9gr\u00e9e unique, depuis l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des v\u00e9hicules entrants jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ach\u00e8vement des op\u00e9rations de chargement. En cons\u00e9quence, les processus logistiques sont devenus plus transparents, plus pr\u00e9visibles et plus efficaces, avec une r\u00e9duction des t\u00e2ches administratives manuelles et une meilleure coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette mise en \u0153uvre constitue un bon exemple de la mani\u00e8re dont une digitalisation cibl\u00e9e peut am\u00e9liorer la performance op\u00e9rationnelle tout en s\u2019int\u00e9grant harmonieusement aux flux de travail existants.
