{"id":11487,"date":"2016-11-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-23T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trocellen-dev.local\/non-categorise\/les-actualites-de-linnovation-trocellen-participe-au-projet-de-reacteur-a-mousse-mrs-milli-reacteurs-structures\/"},"modified":"2025-05-29T11:24:41","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T11:24:41","slug":"les-actualites-de-linnovation-trocellen-participe-au-projet-de-reacteur-a-mousse-mrs-milli-reacteurs-structures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trocellen.com\/fr\/actualites\/les-actualites-de-linnovation-trocellen-participe-au-projet-de-reacteur-a-mousse-mrs-milli-reacteurs-structures\/","title":{"rendered":"Les actualit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;innovation &#8211; Trocellen participe au projet de r\u00e9acteur \u00e0 mousse MRS (milli-r\u00e9acteurs structur\u00e9s)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Trocellen est tr\u00e8s fier d&rsquo;\u00eatre un partenaire de coop\u00e9ration du projet de r\u00e9acteur \u00e0 mousse MRS financ\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne et par la Rh\u00e9nanie-du-Nord\u2013Westphalie.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le moussage de plastique est une technologie cl\u00e9 pour l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des ressources gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie des mat\u00e9riaux au cours de la production (\u00e9conomie des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res vierges gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la densit\u00e9) et au cours de l&rsquo;application (\u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie thermique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;isolation, \u00e9conomie de carburant gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la construction l\u00e9g\u00e8re des voitures).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif principal du projet commun \u00ab\u00a0Foam MRS Reactor\u00a0\u00bb est de d\u00e9velopper une unit\u00e9 pour la transformation r\u00e9active, ind\u00e9pendante, des mati\u00e8res plastiques \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans le processus d&rsquo;extrusion de mousses. La transformation r\u00e9active contr\u00f4l\u00e9e permet de r\u00e9gler les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de fusion pertinentes du processus de moussage ainsi que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s moussantes. En s\u00e9parant les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes du processus, le r\u00e9acteur MRS permet de fonctionner de fa\u00e7on ind\u00e9pendante du reste du processus. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce fait il devient\u00a0 possible de moderniser les \u00e9quipements existants et de les int\u00e9grer dans les cha\u00eenes de processus existantes. L&rsquo;application de la technologie des syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper est examin\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019exemple des mousses de PET utilis\u00e9es pour l&#8217;emballage des produits alimentaires et des mousses de PE (poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne) r\u00e9ticul\u00e9e chimiquement (y compris l&rsquo;automobile).<\/p>\n<p>La technologie de production souhait\u00e9e permet d\u2019introduire des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de production \u00e9conomes en ressources, notamment en produits en mousse personnalis\u00e9s, et d\u2019int\u00e9grer la transformation de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re dans le processus de production, tout en se substituant aux cha\u00eenes de processus \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9tapes. Le consortium du projet couvre l&rsquo;ensemble de la cha\u00eene de cr\u00e9ation de valeur ajout\u00e9e depuis la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re jusqu\u2019aux \u00e9chantillons de produit, \u00e0 travers la technologie des machines, et l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie des processus. Dans ce contexte, on d\u00e9veloppe d&rsquo;abord les exigences de base pour la construction m\u00e9canique (Fraunhofer UMSICHT) et, sur la base de celles-ci, un premier prototype de r\u00e9acteur sera con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 (Gneuss), qui sera ensuite test\u00e9 dans un laboratoire (IKV). Les mousses produites au niveau du laboratoire seront test\u00e9es par les producteurs (Trocellen, Inde Plastik). Sur la base des r\u00e9sultats obtenus, un r\u00e9acteur pilote sera con\u00e7u et produit (Gneuss), qui sera ensuite test\u00e9 par les producteurs de plastiques (Inde Plastik). En plus de la machine, des additifs sont \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaires, qui seront d&rsquo;abord d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s au travers d\u2019exp\u00e9riences (UMSICHT), avant le lancement de leur production \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle industrielle (A.
