{"id":6621,"date":"2022-07-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trocellen-dev.local\/sin-categoria\/zoltan-horvath\/"},"modified":"2025-05-22T09:05:55","modified_gmt":"2025-05-22T09:05:55","slug":"zoltan-horvath","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trocellen.com\/es\/historia-mytrocellen\/zoltan-horvath\/","title":{"rendered":"Zolt\u00e1n Horv\u00e1th"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo llevas en la empresa y en qu\u00e9 puesto empezaste? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenc\u00e9 mi carrera en septiembre de 2012 <strong>en la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n <\/strong>como empleado externo (por encargo) y me convert\u00ed en empleado de Polifoam dos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, en febrero de 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les fueron tus antecedentes y formaci\u00f3n al llegar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de venir aqu\u00ed, me gradu\u00e9 en la Escuela de Econom\u00eda de Budapest como oficial de log\u00edstica. Quer\u00eda seguir estudiando, as\u00ed que buscaba un trabajo que pudiera hacer mientras estudiaba, y as\u00ed encontr\u00e9 Polifoam. Me trajo a la empresa Bokodi Istv\u00e1n, jefe de equipo, quien tambi\u00e9n fue mi supervisor inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando me incorpor\u00e9 a la empresa, ya era estudiante por correspondencia en la Escuela de Tecnolog\u00eda de Budapest (ahora Universidad de \u00d3buda), donde me he graduado como gerente t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ocurri\u00f3 tu nombramiento? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la primavera de 2017, a principios del a\u00f1o que sigui\u00f3 a mi graduaci\u00f3n en la Escuela de Tecnolog\u00eda, V\u00e9rtesaljai M\u00e1rk me ofreci\u00f3 la oportunidad de incorporarme como <strong>ingeniero tecnol\u00f3gico <\/strong>al Departamento de Tecnolog\u00eda, dirigido por \u00e9l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de un tiempo, este trabajo se convirti\u00f3 en parte del proyecto dirigido por Tasi Kamilla, el desarrollo de la metodolog\u00eda de producci\u00f3n de nuestra nueva f\u00e1brica en Dabas, donde trabajo como<strong> gerente de producci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong> desde el oto\u00f1o de 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus principales tareas hoy?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dise\u00f1o del entorno de fabricaci\u00f3n de la espuma de caucho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Llevas casi 10 a\u00f1os trabajando en la empresa. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que te gusta todav\u00eda aqu\u00ed? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre todo el ambiente creado por los compa\u00f1eros trabajando en el equipo, las oportunidades del progreso personal, y los conceptos de desarrollo de la gerencia superior que han prevalecido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Y una gran ventaja es que, independientemente de la posici\u00f3n, todos pueden dirigirse a los dem\u00e1s en busca de ayuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPodr\u00edas contarnos un poco sobre tu vida privada, tus aficiones, para que podamos conocerte mejor? \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedes equilibrar el trabajo y la vida privada? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De momento no tengo hijos, por lo que es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil solucionarlo, pero creo que el equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida privada forma parte de la cultura de la empresa, por lo que ser\u00e1 manejable en el futuro tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mis aficiones son b\u00e1sicamente viajar y conocer otras culturas.
