Juntos nos encargamos de la mayor\u00eda de las tareas administrativas en conexi\u00f3n de la seguridad, el material de oficina, los contactos telef\u00f3nicos, los refrescos de la oficina y asuntos similares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el puesto de TI, hago mi trabajo solo. Soy responsable, entre otras cosas, del servidor de la empresa, del sistema de CCTV, de los ordenadores port\u00e1tiles y de la supervisi\u00f3n del software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Llevas casi 5 a\u00f1os trabajando en la empresa. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 te gusta trabajar aqu\u00ed?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siento que aqu\u00ed puedo crecer como individuo pero al mismo tiempo pertenezco y estoy conectado con la gente con la que trabajo. A todo el mundo le gusta sentirse ganador, y yo tambi\u00e9n quisiera formar parte del equipo ganador de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Trocellen es una empresa s\u00f3lida, creciente y din\u00e1mica. Tengo la oportunidad de aprender nuevas habilidades y desarrollarme. La empresa es innovadora, va en la direcci\u00f3n correcta y tiene una buena estrategia.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPodr\u00edas contarnos un poco sobre tu vida privada, tus aficiones, para que podamos conocerte mejor? \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedes equilibrar el trabajo y la vida privada?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trabajo en horario normal 5 d\u00edas a la semana, as\u00ed los fines de semana son libres para pasar m\u00e1s tiempo con mi familia. Tambi\u00e9n puedo hacer algo por mi salud el fin de semana, como ir a correr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 recomendar\u00edas a los nuevos colegas para tener una carrera igualmente exitosa en Trocellen?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trocellen S.E.A. es un lugar estupendo para que los nuevos compa\u00f1eros crezcan.
