Pero los nuevos retos en la vida de la empresa me condujeron r\u00e1pidamente al desarrollo de productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les fueron tus antecedentes y formaci\u00f3n al llegar?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soy licenciado en ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica y hort\u00edcola y tengo 8 a\u00f1os de experiencia trabajando en una empresa que fabrica maquinaria de jardiner\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ocurri\u00f3 tu nombramiento? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la ampliaci\u00f3n de nuestro equipo y la aclaraci\u00f3n de las tareas, me concedieron la confianza para este puesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus principales tareas hoy?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo lo que podr\u00eda ser necesario, desde la idea hasta la producci\u00f3n en serie. Dise\u00f1o de herramientas, preparaci\u00f3n de muestras, apoyo a la planificaci\u00f3n de costes y calidad, introducci\u00f3n en la producci\u00f3n en serie. Incluso mantener el contacto con los socios extranjeros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Llevas 11 a\u00f1os trabajando en la empresa. \u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo que te gusta todav\u00eda aqu\u00ed? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Porque trabajo con un equipo estupendo y es agradable ver que puedo contribuir al desarrollo de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPodr\u00edas contarnos un poco sobre tu vida privada, tus aficiones, para que podamos conocerte mejor? \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedes equilibrar el trabajo y la vida privada? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tengo dos ni\u00f1os en\u00e9rgicos que ocupan el 99% de mi tiempo libre. S\u00f3lo ese 1% queda para la jardiner\u00eda, el ciclismo, el senderismo, el entrenamiento con pesas, el patinaje, la nataci\u00f3n, la carrera, el motociclismo y el cine. No es f\u00e1cil meter todo esto en este 1%\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 recomendar\u00edas a los nuevos colegas para tener una carrera de igual \u00e9xito en Trocellen?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que est\u00e9n interesados en cosas nuevas y que tengan humildad en su trabajo.
