Debido a mis intereses anteriores y a un v\u00ednculo pr\u00e1ctico \u00fatil con el marketing, tambi\u00e9n complet\u00e9 una licenciatura en an\u00e1lisis del comportamiento (psicolog\u00eda), donde me gradu\u00e9 en 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ocurri\u00f3 tu nombramiento? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando el grupo empresarial decidi\u00f3 introducir el sistema de CRM (<strong>G<\/strong>esti\u00f3n de las <strong>R<\/strong>elaciones con los <strong>C<\/strong>lientes), bas\u00e1ndose en mi experiencia profesional anterior, se me encomend\u00f3 la tarea de gestionar la dimensi\u00f3n empresarial del proyecto. Llevo manteniendo este puesto desde entonces, y participo en las fases de expansi\u00f3n y en el desarrollo continuo del sistema. En 2021 tambi\u00e9n se me dio la oportunidad y la responsabilidad de desarrollar la estrategia de sostenibilidad del grupo empresarial, y despu\u00e9s de un exitoso proyecto fu<strong>\u00ed <\/strong>nombrad<strong>a<\/strong> <strong>D<\/strong>irectora de <strong>S<\/strong>ostenibilidad para todo el grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfActualmente cu\u00e1les son tus principales tareas?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tengo tres responsabilidades, y el tiempo que invierto en ellas es variable<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dedico la mayor parte de mi tiempo a gestionar programas de sostenibilidad y a desarrollar el sistema de <strong>gesti\u00f3n<\/strong> responsable de la empresa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sigo supervisando el desarrollo del sistema CRM y proporciono supervisi\u00f3n y apoyo para el mantenimiento del sistema t\u00e9cnico desde un punto de vista empresarial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sigo apoyando como experto, a las divisiones de la empresa en tareas de investigaci\u00f3n, estudio de clientes, an\u00e1lisis de mercado y gesti\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Llevas 6 a\u00f1os trabajando en la empresa. \u00bfQu\u00e9 m\u00e1s te gusta aqu\u00ed? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como se puede ver en lo que he trabajado hasta ahora, siempre tengo tareas en las que puedo aprender y crear algo nuevo. Para m\u00ed es muy motivador ver c\u00f3mo se desarrolla la empresa en varios \u00e1mbitos y participar en esto de una manera activa y creativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfPodr\u00edas contarnos un poco sobre tu vida privada, tus aficiones, para que podamos conocerte mejor? \u00bfC\u00f3mo puedes equilibrar el trabajo y la vida privada? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestra afici\u00f3n familiar es el senderismo, tanto en Hungr\u00eda como en el extranjero, nos gusta relajarnos sobre todo en las monta\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 recomendar\u00edas a los nuevos colegas para tener una carrera igualmente exitosa en Trocellen?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trabajar en Trocellen es estupendo porque en el mismo momento uno forma parte de una comunidad con valores estables y de un grupo de empresas en constante desarrollo y evoluci\u00f3n, donde existe la oportunidad de crear nuevas actividades, procesos y sistemas. Este tipo de capacidad de desarrollo y apertura puede contribuir a alcanzar, junto con la empresa, \u00e9xito dentro de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empec\u00e9 a trabajar para el grupo en 2016 en un puesto de investigaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis, cuando mi otra pasi\u00f3n y mi anterior especializaci\u00f3n en el doctorado \u2013 el consumo sostenible \u2013 solo formaba parte de mi vida privada. A medida que se realizaban cada vez m\u00e1s actividades relacionadas dentro de la empresa, tuve la oportunidad de participar en el di\u00e1logo, as\u00ed como en actividades espec\u00edficas.
