Cu\u00e9ntenos cu\u00e1nto tiempo lleva trabajando en la empresa y en qu\u00e9 puesto comenz\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Llevo ocho a\u00f1os en la empresa y comenc\u00e9 como Marketing Executive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es su formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y profesional?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica se centr\u00f3 en las ciencias, pero mi pasi\u00f3n siempre ha sido el dise\u00f1o y la creaci\u00f3n de marcas. Esto me llev\u00f3 a obtener tanto un diploma como un t\u00edtulo universitario en Gr\u00e1fica y Medios Digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. \u00bfC\u00f3mo consigui\u00f3 el ascenso?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creo que me ascendieron porque demostr\u00e9 compromiso de forma constante, asum\u00ed los retos con entusiasmo y procur\u00e9 seguir aprendiendo y desarroll\u00e1ndome durante todo el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son actualmente sus principales tareas y responsabilidades?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actualmente, mis principales responsabilidades incluyen liderar iniciativas de marca y marketing y proporcionar direcci\u00f3n creativa para garantizar mensajes coherentes y un enfoque visual cuidado en todos los proyectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Concilio el trabajo y la vida personal manteniendo l\u00edmites saludables: dejo que mi pasi\u00f3n alimente mi creatividad en el trabajo, pero tambi\u00e9n reservo tiempo para desconectar y recargar energ\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. \u00bfQu\u00e9 recomendar\u00eda a los nuevos compa\u00f1eros que quieran desarrollar una trayectoria igualmente exitosa en Trocellen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recomendar\u00eda a los nuevos compa\u00f1eros que mantengan una mente abierta, colaboren bien con el equipo y aborden las tareas con una actitud generosa.
