\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 elegiste esta profesi\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Siempre se me han dado bien las \u00e1reas relacionadas con las habilidades manuales. Me gustaba dibujar y la fotograf\u00eda, ten\u00eda buena percepci\u00f3n espacial y pensamiento l\u00f3gico. Quer\u00eda crear algo tangible, algo que pudiera tomar forma f\u00edsica, y por eso eleg\u00ed esta profesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfHay alguna ventaja en elegir tu profesi\u00f3n como mujer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las mujeres tendemos a relacionarnos con los retos de manera diferente a los hombres. Somos capaces de explorar en profundidad y con detalle, y de mantener un entusiasmo infinito cuando nos sentimos realmente conectadas con algo. Creo que tambi\u00e9n tenemos un fuerte deseo de demostrar nuestra val\u00eda, de demostrar que somos tan capaces como los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por alguna raz\u00f3n, esta pregunta me record\u00f3 a \u00c9va Janikovszky, quien escribi\u00f3 las siguientes l\u00edneas encantadoras en su libro Be Glad You’re a Girl <\/em>(Al\u00e9grate de ser una ni\u00f1a):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toda mujer que consigue reconocimiento en su carrera puede ser un modelo a seguir, especialmente si adem\u00e1s es capaz de prosperar profesionalmente mientras cr\u00eda a sus hijos. Crear valor en m\u00faltiples \u00e1reas al mismo tiempo es agotador y requiere una fuerte motivaci\u00f3n interna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus mayores logros?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con el paso de los a\u00f1os, destacar\u00eda el desarrollo personal m\u00e1s que los hitos espec\u00edficos. Con el tiempo, uno se vuelve m\u00e1s consciente de s\u00ed mismo, aprende a priorizar de manera m\u00e1s eficaz, gestiona mejor el estr\u00e9s y adquiere una comprensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara de los valores personales, todo lo cual tiene un impacto directo en el rendimiento profesional. Siento que he crecido significativamente en este sentido, aunque lo veo como un viaje sin fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creo que cada vez m\u00e1s mujeres eligen estudios t\u00e9cnicos y carreras cient\u00edficas. Animo a todas a seguir este camino, ya que nuestra perspectiva es muy necesaria en un campo que todav\u00eda se considera a menudo dominado por los hombres. La perseverancia es clave, porque es una sensaci\u00f3n incre\u00edblemente gratificante participar en la creaci\u00f3n, el descubrimiento o el desarrollo de algo nuevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s divertido o memorable que te ha pasado mientras trabajabas en TC?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junto con mis compa\u00f1eros m\u00e1s cercanos, tengo muchos recuerdos divertidos y significativos. Espero sinceramente que, dondequiera que nos lleve la vida, algunas de las amistades que hemos forjado aqu\u00ed permanezcan con nosotros a largo plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
