El reto de resolver problemas complejos es lo que me llev\u00f3 a seguir mi trayectoria acad\u00e9mica y profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfHay alguna ventaja en elegir tu profesi\u00f3n siendo mujer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo que la diversidad de perspectivas es un gran valor; las mujeres suelen aportar un enfoque multidisciplinar y una gran capacidad para resolver problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfTienes alg\u00fan modelo femenino a seguir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samantha Cristoforetti, por su extraordinaria preparaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y su capacidad para comunicar la ciencia de forma accesible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son tus mayores logros?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el punto de vista profesional, la conciencia de haber contribuido de manera significativa a definir procesos y procedimientos en el \u00e1mbito de la seguridad laboral y la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 consejo dar\u00edas a las j\u00f3venes que est\u00e1n pensando en dedicarse a la ciencia?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El consejo que les dar\u00eda es que no tengan miedo a cometer errores y que no se dejen influir por quienes dicen que \u00abno es un trabajo para mujeres\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo m\u00e1s divertido o memorable que te ha pasado mientras trabajabas en TC?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que m\u00e1s me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n desde los primeros d\u00edas en TCI fue experimentar un entorno multinacional en el que hay elementos interesantes y muy instructivos de una cultura tan diferente a la nuestra, como es la cultura japonesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfEs dif\u00edcil compaginar la carrera profesional y la vida privada?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equilibrar la vida profesional y la vida privada es sin duda un reto que requiere organizaci\u00f3n, pero gracias a una cultura corporativa inclusiva, es posible encontrar el equilibrio adecuado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STEM-girl interview<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":15718,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[63],"class_list":["post-15555","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-historia-mytrocellen"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 -
