Para subrayar este principio, en 2017 solicitamos por primera vez el sello de seguridad laboral \u00abSicher mit System\u00bb (\u00abSeguro con un sistema\u00bb) y cumplimos con \u00e9xito los requisitos estrictos de BG RCI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sello \u00abSicher mit System\u00bb -que incluye pruebas de conformidad adicionales seg\u00fan la norma DIN ISO 45001- se otorga a empresas cuyo compromiso con la salud y la seguridad laboral pasa m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo que exige la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la auditor\u00eda, que tiene lugar cada tres a\u00f1os, el BG RCI comprueba si se han cumplido y desempe\u00f1ado las tareas y obligaciones exigidas, as\u00ed como si se han alcanzado los objetivos corporativos que se hab\u00edan definido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este a\u00f1o fue la tercera vez que nos auditaron y nos concedieron el sello de calidad, que ahora es v\u00e1lido hasta 2026. Esto es de nuevo una demostraci\u00f3n de que el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de la salud y la seguridad laboral de Trocellen GmbH va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los requisitos legales establecidos para la integraci\u00f3n sistem\u00e1tica y organizativa de la salud y la seguridad laboral ocupacional en la estructura empresarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este sello, la empresa se compromete a cumplir las normas aplicables de ASM y a mejorar sistem\u00e1ticamente la salud y la seguridad laboral a largo plazo. Demuestra que la direcci\u00f3n entiende y asume la responsabilidad de la seguridad laboral y que \u00e9sta forma parte integrante de la filosof\u00eda corporativa de la empresa. Trocellen GmbH se toma muy en serio su compromiso y responsabilidad hacia sus empleados. Continuamente mejoramos nuestra gesti\u00f3n de la salud y seguridad laboral mediante un ciclo repetido de planificaci\u00f3n, ejecuci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n y desarrollo. Durante una peque\u00f1a ceremonia celebrada el 29 de agosto de 2023, el sello fue entregado por el Sr. Lockowandt (supervisor\/BG RCI) a los miembros del comit\u00e9 de seguridad laboral: Dr. Ross (Director de Planta), Sra. Rosenberg (especialista en seguridad laboral), Dr. Ollenschl\u00e4ger (director de producci\u00f3n), Sra.
