{"id":11565,"date":"2016-11-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-23T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trocellen-dev.local\/sin-categoria\/novedades-en-innovacion-trocellen-forma-parte-del-proyecto-de-reactor-mrs-espuma\/"},"modified":"2025-05-29T11:24:17","modified_gmt":"2025-05-29T11:24:17","slug":"novedades-en-innovacion-trocellen-forma-parte-del-proyecto-de-reactor-mrs-espuma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trocellen.com\/es\/noticias-actualidades\/novedades-en-innovacion-trocellen-forma-parte-del-proyecto-de-reactor-mrs-espuma\/","title":{"rendered":"Novedades en innovaci\u00f3n \u2013 Trocellen forma parte del proyecto de reactor MRS espuma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Trocellen se siente muy orgulloso de ser un socio cooperativo del proyecto de reactor MRS espuma respaldado por la Uni\u00f3n Europea y el estado de Renania del Norte-Westfalia.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La preparaci\u00f3n de espuma a base de pl\u00e1sticos representa una clave de la tecnolog\u00eda para desarrollar la eficacia de los recursos a trav\u00e9s del ahorro en la producci\u00f3n del material habilitado (ahorros en nuevos materiales virgen a trav\u00e9s de la reducci\u00f3n en densidad) y en la aplicaci\u00f3n (ahorro en la energ\u00eda de calefacci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de aislamiento, ahorro de combustible a trav\u00e9s de la construcci\u00f3n de coches de poco peso).<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo general del proyecto com\u00fan \u201eReactor MRS Espuma\u201d es desarrollar una unidad para la modificaci\u00f3n reactiva disociada de pl\u00e1sticos para integrarlos en el proceso de extrusi\u00f3n de la espuma. La modificaci\u00f3n reactiva controlada permite la regulaci\u00f3n de las propiedades de derretimiento que es relevante para el proceso de crear espumas y para las propiedades de la espuma. Al separar los pasos del proceso, el reactor MRS permite un modo de operaci\u00f3n disociada del resto del proceso lo que hace posible la retroadaptaci\u00f3n del material existente de modo favorable y, al mismo tiempo, integrarlo en las cadenas del proceso existente. La aplicaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda del sistema que se desarrollar\u00e1 se examina bas\u00e1ndose en los ejemplos de espuma PET como envase de alimentos y espuma PE qu\u00edmicamente reticulada (incluyendo la automoci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda de producci\u00f3n deseada permite una producci\u00f3n eficiente respecto a los recursos de los productos de espuma personalizados donde la modificaci\u00f3n del material se incorpora en el proceso de producci\u00f3n y donde las cadenas del proceso multigradual est\u00e1n sustituidas. El consorcio del proyecto cubre toda la cadena de valor a\u00f1adido, desde el material hasta la tecnolog\u00eda de m\u00e1quinas y la ingenier\u00eda de productos, adem\u00e1s de ejemplos de productos. En este contexto, primero se desarrollan los requisitos b\u00e1sicos de la ingenier\u00eda mec\u00e1nica (Fraunhofer UMSICHT), y bas\u00e1ndose en esto, el primer prototipo del reactor se dise\u00f1ar\u00e1 y fabricar\u00e1 (Gneuss) que luego se probar\u00e1 en una planta de laboratorio (IKV). Aqu\u00ed las espumas producidas a escala de laboratorio se probar\u00e1n por los productores (Trocellen, Inde Plastik). Bas\u00e1ndose en los resultados obtenidos se dise\u00f1ar\u00e1 y producir\u00e1 un reactor piloto (Gneuss), lo que se probar\u00e1 por productores de pl\u00e1stico (Inde Plastik). Adem\u00e1s de la m\u00e1quina existen aditivos necesarios que primero se desarrollan en experimentos b\u00e1sicos (UMSICHT) antes de que los aditivos se compongan a una escala industrial (A.
