Marketing Specialist
Please share how long you have been working for the company and in what position you started.
I began my professional internship at Trocellen in June 2023, participating in a six-month program within the BU Footwear Marketing Department.
What qualifications and educational background do you possess?
In March 2023, I graduated with a master’s degree in Marketing, Consumer Industry, and Communication. During the second year of my master’s program, I specialised in Digital Marketing Management.
How were you promoted?
After completing my professional internship, the company approached me to continue working, focusing on aligning all communication channels and disseminating a unified, consistent message.
What are your current main tasks/responsibilities?
During my professional internship, I was primarily responsible for communication aspects related to the two BUF business units: Trocellen Footwear and Progame, tatami by Trocellen, working closely with our BU manager and other colleagues.
I have been involved in various tasks, ranging from managing our social media presence to maintaining the website, as well as maintaining communication with customers and partners. This includes developing marketing strategies that best support and facilitate the market introduction of our products.
Today, my goal is to convey and acquaint customers with the values and strengths of our business through clear and effective communication.
You’ve been working here for about a year. Why do you still enjoy being here?
Although my journey at Trocellen started just six months ago, I gladly accepted the opportunity to continue working here. I believe it’s a dynamic company open to change and new challenges.
In these months, thanks to the trust-based relationships established with the managers and my colleagues, I have felt like a member of a team where I can express and implement my ideas.
Could you share a bit about your personal life or hobbies so that we can get to know you better? How do you balance work and personal life?
I love to travel, explore new places, but above all, get to know cultures different from my own. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends, and I love listening to music and singing.
What advice would you give to new colleagues to build a similarly successful career at Trocellen?
I’ve only been at Trocellen for six months, and in a sense, I’m still ‘the new girl’ who has much to learn from my colleagues in order to bring out my full potential.
