Seit wann sind Sie im Unternehmen? Was war Ihre erste Stelle?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich bin im Juni 2023 bei Trocellen eingestiegen, mit einem sechsmonatigen Praktikum in der Marketing-Abteilung der BU Footwear?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erz\u00e4hlen Sie uns etwas \u00fcber Ihren schulischen Hintergrund und Ihre Qualifikationen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im M\u00e4rz 2023 habe ich den Masterstudiengang Marketing, Konsum und Kommunikation abgeschlossen, bei dem ich mich im zweiten Studienjahr auf Digital Marketing Management spezialisiert hatte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie kam es zu Ihrer Ernennung?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach Abschluss des Praktikums wollte das Unternehmen gern, dass ich weiter an der Unternehmenskommunikation arbeite. Das Ziel war, alle Kan\u00e4le auf eine Linie zu bringen, um eine einheitliche und stimmige Message zu senden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was sind heute Ihre Hauptaufgaben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend meines Praktikums habe ich mich zusammen mit unserem BU Manager und dem Rest des Teams haupts\u00e4chlich um die Kommunikation der beiden Bereiche der BUF gek\u00fcmmert, n\u00e4mlich Trocellen Footwear und Progame, tatami by Trocellen.
Dazu geh\u00f6rten die Social Media-Betreuung, die Pflege der Website, die Beziehungen zur Kundschaft und zu Partnern, aber auch die Entwicklung von Marketing-Strategien, um die Markteinf\u00fchrung unserer Produkte optimal zu begleiten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mein Ziel heute ist, mit klarer, wirksamer Kommunikation der Kundschaft die Werte und St\u00e4rken unseres Unternehmens n\u00e4herzubringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie sind vor knapp einem Jahr dem Unternehmen beigetreten. Warum arbeiten Sie immer noch gerne hier?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obwohl ich erst seit sechs Monaten bei Trocellen arbeite, habe ich das Angebot zur Weiterarbeit hier sehr gern angenommen, weil ich finde, dass das Unternehmen dynamisch und offen f\u00fcr Ver\u00e4nderungen und neue Herausforderungen ist.
Durch das Vertrauensverh\u00e4ltnis, das ich in diesen Monaten zu meinen Vorgesetzten und Kolleginnen und Kollegen aufgebaut habe, f\u00fchle ich mich als Teil eines Teams, in dem meine Ideen geh\u00f6rt und gesch\u00e4tzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich liebe es, zu reisen und dabei neue Orte zu entdecken und vor allem andere Kulturen als meine eigene kennen zu lernen. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich gern mit meiner Familie und in meinem Freundeskreis. Ich h\u00f6re auch gerne Musik und singe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was raten Sie neuen Mitarbeitern? Wie k\u00f6nnen sie bei Trocellen ebenso erfolgreich Karriere machen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
