Zuerst arbeitete ich am Empfang und als Sachbearbeiterin. Dies stellt in Malaysia die Einstiegsstufe in die B\u00fcroarbeit dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Welchen schulischen Hintergrund und welche h\u00f6here Ausbildung haben Sie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe einen Highschool-Abschluss der Klassenstufe 6 im Fachbereich Wirtschaft (dies unterscheidet sich vom europ\u00e4ischen Schulsystem).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie kam es zu Ihrer Bef\u00f6rderung?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mein Abteilungsleiter erkannte meine Einstellung und Lernbereitschaft und bef\u00f6rderte mich zur Personal- und Verwaltungsassistentin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was sind heute Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben\/Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meine Aufgabe ist es, die t\u00e4glichen Verwaltungsarbeiten zu erledigen, z.&nbsp;B. die Koordination von Reparaturarbeiten in der Verwaltung, das Ausf\u00fcllen von Formularen, die Eingabe von Daten, den Postversand, das Entgegennehmen von Telefonanrufen usw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sie arbeiten hier jetzt seit 12 Jahren. Warum sind Sie immer noch gerne hier?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich mag das gute Umfeld. Es ist ein freundlicher und kooperativer Arbeitsplatz, an dem ich mit meinen Kollegen wirklich als Team zusammenarbeiten kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au\u00dferdem gef\u00e4llt mir die berufliche Stabilit\u00e4t bei Trocellen. Obwohl das Unternehmen in der j\u00fcngsten Vergangenheit schwierige Zeiten durchgemacht hat (ich meine z.&nbsp;B. die Covid-19-Pandemie), wurde kein einziger Mitarbeiter entlassen und unser Gehalt nicht gek\u00fcrzt. Ich sch\u00e4tze diese Art der Sicherheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und noch etwas ist ungew\u00f6hnlich: Bei Trocellen Malaysia arbeiten wir 5&nbsp;Tage pro Woche und nur 8&nbsp;Stunden am Tag. Das Unternehmen h\u00e4lt sich an die Regeln und motiviert uns, beim Arbeiten mitzudenken. Das ist in unserem Land nicht \u00fcblich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>K\u00f6nnten Sie uns etwas \u00fcber Ihr Privatleben oder Ihre Hobbys erz\u00e4hlen, damit wir Sie besser kennenlernen?
