Seit wann sind Sie im Unternehmen? Was war Ihre erste Stelle? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich habe im September 2012 als Zeitarbeiter (Leiharbeiter) in der Produktion angefangen, und zwei Jahre sp\u00e4ter, im Februar 2014, wurde ich bei Polifoam eingestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erz\u00e4hlen Sie uns etwas \u00fcber Ihren schulischen Hintergrund und Ihre Qualifikationen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bevor ich hierher kam, habe ich einen Abschluss in Logistik an der Budapest Business School gemacht. Ich wollte noch weiter studieren und suchte nach einem Job, den ich neben dem Studium machen konnte. Deshalb habe ich mich f\u00fcr Polifoam entschieden. Der Schichtleiter Istv\u00e1n Bokodi hat mich eingestellt und war mein Vorgesetzter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als ich in das Unternehmen eintrat, absolvierte ich ein Teilzeitstudium an der Technischen Hochschule Budapest (heute \u00d3buda-Universit\u00e4t), wo ich sp\u00e4ter einen Abschluss in Engineering Management machte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie kam es zu Ihrer Festanstellung? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach dem Abschluss des Studiums im Fr\u00fchjahr 2017, bot mir M\u00e1rk V\u00e9rtesaljai die Stelle eines Technologie-Ingenieurs in der von ihm geleiteten Technologieabteilung an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach einiger Zeit wurde ich in das von Kamilla Tasi geleitete Projekt eingebunden, in dem die Produktionsverfahren f\u00fcr unsere neue Anlage in Dabas entwickelt wurden. Seit Herbst 2020 arbeite ich als Produktions- und Technologieleiter an diesem Standort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was sind heute Ihre Hauptaufgaben?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Entwicklung der Produktionsumgebung f\u00fcr Schaumgummi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie sind vor fast 10 Jahren in das Unternehmen eingetreten. Warum arbeiten Sie immer noch gerne hier? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vor allem wegen der Atmosph\u00e4re \u2013 wir arbeiten hier als echtes Team, aber auch wegen der Verbesserungsm\u00f6glichkeiten und der Konzepte zur Unternehmensentwicklung, die die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung in den letzten Jahren eingef\u00fchrt hat. Es ist toll, dass hier jeder, ganz unabh\u00e4ngig von seiner Position, jeden anderen um Hilfe bitten kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erz\u00e4hlen Sie uns etwas \u00fcber Ihr Privatleben, \u00fcber Ihre Hobbys, damit wir Sie ein bisschen besser kennenlernen k\u00f6nnen. Ist es schwierig, Beruf und Privatleben zu vereinbaren? <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich habe noch keine Kinder, also ist es wirklich einfach, aber ich denke, das wird auch in Zukunft kein Problem sein, denn die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie ist Teil unserer Unternehmenskultur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mein Hobby ist das Reisen, und ich lerne gerne andere Kulturen kennen. Beim Reisen erkundet man die Welt und sich selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was raten Sie neuen Mitarbeitern? Wie k\u00f6nnen sie bei Trocellen eine ebenso erfolgreiche Karriere erreichen?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
