Wann sind Sie in das Unternehmen eingetreten? Was war Ihre erste Position?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich begann 1991 bei der ungarischen Tochtergesellschaft von Trocellen, Polifoam Kft., zu arbeiten. Zun\u00e4chst war ich als Handelsassistentin t\u00e4tig. Damals war die Organisation noch deutlich kleiner und meine Aufgaben umfassten mehrere Bereiche, unter anderem das Transportmanagement, das sp\u00e4ter eine wichtige Rolle spielen sollte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich hatte einen Sekundarschulabschluss mit Sprachpr\u00fcfung und erwarb meinen Hochschulabschluss w\u00e4hrend meiner Berufst\u00e4tigkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was f\u00fchrte zu Ihrer Ernennung?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das waren mehrere Schritte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zuerst wurde ich Handelsmitarbeiterin, weil die Kollegin, mit der ich zusammengearbeitet hatte, das Unternehmen verlie\u00df und ich ihre Position \u00fcbernahm. Jahre sp\u00e4ter war ich immer noch in dieser Funktion t\u00e4tig, als ich in den Mutterschutz ging \u2013 in Ungarn kann dieser bis zu drei Jahre pro Kind dauern. Das Unternehmen war sehr unterst\u00fctzend, sodass ich insgesamt sechs Jahre zu Hause bei meinen Kindern bleiben konnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als ich zur\u00fcckkehrte, besprachen wir gemeinsam, welche Position am besten zu meiner neuen Lebenssituation und meiner Erfahrung passen w\u00fcrde, und ich begann in der Logistikabteilung zu arbeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was sind heute Ihre Hauptaufgaben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seit 2010 arbeite ich im Transportmanagement der Logistikabteilung. Ich bin f\u00fcr die gesamte Produktabwicklung im Unternehmen verantwortlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie sind vor 31 Jahren in das Unternehmen eingetreten. Warum arbeiten Sie immer noch gerne hier?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich sch\u00e4tze das famili\u00e4re Miteinander im Unternehmen. Ich verstehe mich sehr gut mit meinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie meinen Vorgesetzten \u2013 das ist mir sehr wichtig. Die Stabilit\u00e4t des Unternehmens hat mir in den vergangenen 31 Jahren auch in meinem privaten Leben Sicherheit gegeben. Ver\u00e4nderungen in meinem Arbeitsbereich bringen immer neue Herausforderungen mit sich, sodass meine t\u00e4gliche Arbeit nie langweilig wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich verbringe den Gro\u00dfteil meiner Freizeit mit meiner Familie, meinen Kindern, meinen Freunden aus Kindertagen und unserem Berner Sennenhund. Ich liebe die Natur, Gartenarbeit und Sport und ich interessiere mich f\u00fcr Inneneinrichtung. Auf meine Eltern und meinen Mann kann ich mich immer verlassen \u2013 mit ihrer Unterst\u00fctzung lassen sich schwierige Zeiten leichter bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
