Erz\u00e4hlen Sie uns, wie lange Sie schon f\u00fcr das Unternehmen arbeiten und in welcher Position Sie angefangen haben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich habe im September 1983 als \u201eStaplerfahrer\u201c (Packer) begonnen. Damals hie\u00df das Unternehmen noch \u201eDynamit Nobel\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welche Art von Hintergrund und Studium haben Sie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im \u201eersten Leben\u201c habe ich eine Ausbildung (1978 \u2013 1981) als KFZ-Mechaniker abgeschlossen und ein Jahr in diesem Beruf gearbeitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ende der 80er Jahre hat das Unternehmen mir eine REFA-Ausbildung<\/a> in einer Abendschule erm\u00f6glicht und ich habe innerhalb von dreieinhalb Jahren verschiedene Module absolviert (Grundschein, Prozess Organisator, Fachmann), welche heute der Qualifikation REFA-Techniker entsprechen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie sind Sie bef\u00f6rdert worden?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich geh\u00f6rt auch etwas Gl\u00fcck dazu \u2013 aber auch die eigene Leistungsbereitschaft ist unumg\u00e4nglich.  So wurden mit der Zeit diverse Stellen vakant, f\u00fcr die ich aufgrund von Leistung und Engagement geeignet war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Logistik hier in Troisdorf wurde Ende 2006 neu definiert und Lager, Versand, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Einkauf wurden zusammengef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da ich viele Jahre in all diesen Bereiche \u201ezu Hause\u201c war, habe ich das Anforderungsprofil erf\u00fcllt und mich auf die neu geschaffene Position als \u201eLogistikleiter\u201c intern beworben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was sind heute Ihre Hauptaufgaben\/Verantwortlichkeiten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als Leiter Logistik bin ich verantwortlich f\u00fcr den Einkauf, die Arbeitsvorbereitung, das Lager und den Versand am Standort Troisdorf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au\u00dferdem plane ich den Bereich der Konfektionierung (Arbeitsvorbereitung).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weiterhin bin ich Datenschutzbeauftragter und unterst\u00fctze im Bereich der IT-Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie arbeiten nun schon seit x Jahren hier. Warum sind Sie immer noch gerne hier?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich bin jetzt seit fast 39 Jahren im Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich habe die verschiedensten Umfirmierungen und Verk\u00e4ufe des Unternehmens miterlebt, durfte aber auch die ganze Entwicklung durchleben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf Grund der guten Kollegialit\u00e4t und tollen Zusammenarbeit innerhalb und mit allen anderen Abteilungen bin ich immer noch gerne hier und hoffe, dass ich von hier aus in meinen Ruhestand gehen werde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich bin Anfang des Jahres 60 geworden und seit 32 Jahren mit meiner Frau verheiratet. Wir haben einen Sohn, der gerade erfolgreich seinen Master in Komparatistik gemacht hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich laufe seit vielen Jahren, habe im letzten Jahr angefangen Golf zu spielen, nachdem ich 14 Jahre intensiv Bowling gespielt habe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hobbies, Familie und Freunde sind mir wichtig und sorgen f\u00fcr einen sehr guten Ausgleich zum Job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was w\u00fcrden Sie den neuen Kollegen empfehlen, um eine \u00e4hnlich erfolgreiche Karriere bei Trocellen aufbauen zu k\u00f6nnen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich denke es gibt kein \u201eRezept\u201c f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Karriere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
