Was war Ihre erste Stelle?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe 2011 bei Polifoam als Anwendungstechniker angefangen. Die immer neuen Herausforderungen f\u00fcr das Unternehmen f\u00fchrten schlie\u00dflich dazu, dass ich mich schon bald in der Produktentwicklung wiederfand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erz\u00e4hlen Sie uns etwas \u00fcber Ihren schulischen Hintergrund und Ihre Qualifikationen.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe einen Abschluss in Ingenieurtechnik und Landtechnik sowie 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einem Hersteller f\u00fcr Gartenmaschinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie kam es zu Ihrer Festanstellung? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mir wurde diese Position angeboten, als unser Team vergr\u00f6\u00dfert und neue Aufgaben definiert wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was sind heute Ihre Hauptaufgaben?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu meinen Aufgaben geh\u00f6rt alles von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienproduktion: Werkzeugkonstruktion, Mustererstellung, Unterst\u00fctzung bei der Kosten- und Qualit\u00e4tsplanung, \u00dcberf\u00fchrung von Produkten in die Serienproduktion und Kontakt zu ausl\u00e4ndischen Tochtergesellschaften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sie sind vor 11 Jahren in das Unternehmen eingetreten. Warum arbeiten Sie immer noch gerne hier? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weil ich mit einem gro\u00dfartigen Team zusammenarbeite und weil es toll ist, zum Wachstum des Unternehmens beizutragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erz\u00e4hlen Sie uns etwas \u00fcber Ihr Privatleben, \u00fcber Ihre Hobbys, damit wir Sie ein bisschen besser kennenlernen k\u00f6nnen. Ist es schwierig, Beruf und Privatleben zu vereinbaren? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe zwei lebhafte Jungen und verbringe 99&nbsp;% meiner freien Zeit mit ihnen. Die \u00fcbrigen 1&nbsp;% verbringe ich mit Gartenarbeit, Fahrradfahren, Wandern, Hanteltraining, Rollerskaten, Schwimmen, Laufen, Motorradfahren und Kino. Es ist nicht einfach, all das in diesem 1&nbsp;% unterzubringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was raten Sie neuen Mitarbeitern?
