Angefangen habe ich als Verantwortlicher f\u00fcr Finanzen und Controlling am deutschen Standort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Welchen Hintergrund und welche Ausbildung haben Sie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mein Berufsleben begann mit einem Traineeprogramm bei der Bayer AG. Zahlen und die Geschichte dahinter waren immer der rote Faden in meinem Studium und meinen Jobs. Nach meiner T\u00e4tigkeit bei einer Unternehmensberatung im Bereich Restrukturierung bin ich 2011, mitten in der Umstrukturierung, zu Trocellen gekommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wie kam es dazu, dass Sie bef\u00f6rdert wurden?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuallererst stand mein Interesse an den Inhalten. Die erforderlichen Aufgaben und Projekte wurden meinerseits umgesetzt. Die \u00dcbernahme weiterf\u00fchrender Aufgaben und Verantwortung ist, in meinen Augen, dann immer nur eine Konsequenz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was sind heute Ihre Hauptaufgaben\/Verantwortlichkeiten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transparenz gegen\u00fcber CEO, CFO und unserem Aktion\u00e4r Furukawa Electric Co. zu schaffen. Dies erfordert einen st\u00e4ndigen Austausch mit den lokalen Teams und die Aufbereitung der Zahlen und der Geschichte dahinter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sie arbeiten nun schon seit 11 Jahren hier. Warum sind Sie immer noch gerne hier?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr mich steht Trocellen f\u00fcr ein gro\u00dfartiges Team, das gro\u00dfartige Ideen hat. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich normalerweise auf eine eher aktive Art und Weise, wie Judo oder Laufen.
