Das HOMESKIN-Projekt wird von einem europ\u00e4ischen Konsortium im Rahmen des F\u00f6rderprogramms Horizont 2020 koordiniert.<\/p>\n<p>Die HOMESKIN-Technologie basiert auf Silica-Aerogel, einem au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Material, das in langj\u00e4hriger Forschungsarbeit entwickelt wurde. Es gilt als das beste derzeit erh\u00e4ltliche Material zur W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung. Das Projekt verfolgt das Ziel, ein neuartiges Silica-AABC-Material (eng.: Advanced Aerogel-Based Composite) zu entwickeln, das von allen auf dem Markt erh\u00e4ltlichen D\u00e4mmstoffen die geringste W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit aufweist.<\/p>\n<p>Die vorgeschlagene L\u00f6sung er\u00f6ffnet M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Entwicklung neuer Isolierungstechnologien, die nicht nur eine hohe W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmleistung aufweisen, sondern au\u00dferdem d\u00fcnner, leichter und nicht entflammbar sind und zudem geringere CO2- und VOC-Emissionen verursachen. Das neu entwickelte Material l\u00e4sst sich sowohl im Rahmen von Neubauten als auch bei der Modernisierung alter Geb\u00e4ude einsetzen.<\/p>\n<p>Das isolierende Wandverkleidungssystem Homeskin wurde f\u00fcr den Innovation Award vorgeschlagen und erhielt eine Nominierung!<\/p>\n<p>Die endg\u00fcltige Entscheidung und Preisverleihung findet am 18.
