To visit the public area of the Trocellen website we do not require any personal data from you. In individual cases, when you are providing us with your data – for example sending an enquiry – we might use it to answer you. For all employees of Trocellen GmbH, the strickt rule is to use this data for contacting you only within the context of a business transaction with your permission.
In principle, we never give your personal data to other companies, except where this is essential for preparing and fulfilling your order. For example, giving your shipping address to the logistics operator handling the shipment. Our subcontractors are obliged to adhere to data protection standards.

The object of the enterprise is the manufacture, finishing and sales of cross-linked polyolefine foams and associated services. Data is collected, processed and used only for the purposes of performing the aforesaid activities.
Customers, suppliers,intermediaries, prospective customers, employees, applicants and contact persons for the aforesaid groups of persons.
Normal periods for the deletion of data collected
Data is deleted on expiry of the statutory or contractual retention periods. Data not covered thereby is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was stored.
Planned transmission of data to third countries
No transmission of data to third countries is planned.
Assessment of data protection measures
All previous and future measures serve to achieve the protection purposes of the German Data Protection Act. Value is attached in particular to avoidance of data and data thriftiness (Section 3a BDSG).
